30 years ago, I went just to visit that Golds Gym while on Vacation and ran into Arnold.. He was the nicest person to me "who didn't have to". While a bit starstruck, took a picture with me and had nothing but kind words to say to me. I still have the picture and will remember that day forever.. He is the definition of a real stand up guy.

My kettlebells are in 8kg jumps, and when I trained with dumbbells / barbells I had plates ranging from 0.5 to 7.5kg. You can "creep up" on heavier weights with smaller increments, but when it's an 8kg jump "leap of faith" it will show you if your form is 100% correct. Sure he may not be a De-Niro or Pacino but no one and I mean Absolutely NO ONE plays machine better then he did with the first two terminator films. A true fitness-bodybuilding icon! I have been following him since I was a teenager and he was the reason I started my fitness journey. His workout videos were inspiring to me. I gave my best and trained hard for years, but I was hardly getting any muscle, only to find out that my diet was nowhere near as it should’ve been. I have always eaten ‘just enough’ thinking it would be sufficient. My first real diet plan taught me the lesson. I remember getting it online from a website called Next Level Diet, but somehow it helped me gain a few pounds in my first month of using it. Surely it wasn’t all pure muscle, but I was happier than ever. Thank you Arnold for everything you did for bodybuilding!

You have to know his history and watch him very closely.
Maybe he is, maybe he isn't.
But 99% of people in his position will be arrogant.

Arnav Rawat there’s a fine line between arrogant and extremely confident but I would say he’s extremely confident. Doesn’t strike me as an arrogant person, seeming as he is always learning and improving. He acknowledges he doesn’t know everything.
