  • This 15 minute Qigong practice is designed to aid digestion and help tackle problems like IBS, bloating, stomach cramps and discomfort. The routine combines Qigong abdominal massage and stretching focusing on the meridians of the stomach and spleen, liver and kidneys to boost circulation and promote a healthy digestion. Just 15 minutes of mild movement and breathing can bring a lot of relief.

    Hi Kseny, I did a lot of chi qung training like 10 years ago and I totally forgot! Now I found your channel and I'm really happy with all of your videos. This one really helped me feel more relaxed in my belly, after a few days of stress. My ibs was triggered and now I feel relieved 🙏🏻 thank you so much!

    I have a leaking gut and as I was doing your routine, I was passing gas! I also has a digestion problem and the taking enzymes to help to broken down the foods I am consuming. First time doing Qigong for digestion and also bloating, love the breathing and exhaling routine you demonstrated.

      Hi there, I'm glad it helped and you felt a little relief after the session. Sometimes when I get stomach issues, I massage the abdomen firmly focusing on the areas that feel sore or tender without getting out of bed - also works:) Keep well!

      Hi there, thank you for taking the time to comment. I usually try to accompany the movement with verbal instructions for clarity. I guess wasn’t that clear this time;) to massage the back, use open palms 🤲 then slide down the back of the legs same way. I hope this helps. Have a good day!

      @@qigongwithkseny Hi Kseny, about 18 years ago I met a wonderful Qigong teacher but unfortunately she lives far from me. I studied Tai Chi for two years, then volunteered to train with a Qigong student - but those did not meet my needs.
      3 months ago (to Fo my 71st birthday) I bought myself a gift - lessons by internet, with an Israeli teacher who teaches in a spirit and style similar to yours, and I've been celebrating ever since.
