- This is a 10 minute Qigong routine to help you sleep better. I use it about 30- 60 minutes before I go to sleep and it really makes a difference. Try to learn the routine so that you can do it without looking at your screen.
Generally, I sleep well and I also fall asleep quickly and I attribute a lot of this to practising Qigong. If you find it difficult to fall asleep, take a long time to fall asleep or generally want to sleep better, please try this Qigong routine for 7 days and let me know how you get on.

Yeah how can I sleep longer past 12am, I been tryna look for answer but I have seen none I been getting less sleep and I can’t sleep cause of my siblings because their always watching Netflix and stuff and I asked them to lower the volume but they won’t. I went to the doctor he said sleep between 10-11pm. but I can’t because I’m always thinking I tired meditation. Took pills nothing works. please how can I sleep longer past 12pm
The shaking exercise is also great for constipation!

Kseny, Night before last I did your How To Sleep Better routine (also Facial Massage) and WOW -- I slept so soundly. Thank you. Last night I had internet difficulty and was cut off midstream. This morning I feverishly wrote down each step - so I can do it every night even if computer gives out. Now I must ask -- do you have a Qigong for Liver? Or if not - is there an Liver Qigong Instructor with youtube - someone you trust? Thanks.
