Sadgurhu said something about restricted eating, that when you eat only as much as you need, say, every 8 hours or even less, you tend to sleep less. I know this is true, because if I've eaten more than enough, too much laziness and procrastination, and excessive napping as well. But on those rare days when I've eaten only one meal, or after I go for over 10 hours without eating, then I get a lot of stuff done. The idea is that eating too much and having your meals too close together creates inertia. But eating far less, energizes and opens you up.
I say this, because the further I explore the value of eating less, the earlier I tend to wake up, especially if I've eaten early in the afternoon, way before bed time.

You will slowly notice , you won't even have time for a nap if you keep focus on whatever you do during the day that's productive. Just like the hadith in Islam which talks about the last 3rd of the night being conducive for prayer and dua...i use this time to read Quran and surrender to God.
DR ji..you are spot on as usual..all religions stress this same point..here is the hadith.
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Our Lord Almighty descends to the lowest heaven in the last third of every night, saying: Who is calling upon Me that I may answer him? Who is asking from Me that I may give him? Who is seeking My forgiveness that I may forgive him?”

@@dreambeauty5793 the video mentions clearly that all religions stress upon the same fact of a conducive time for prayer.
So why should I not share with everyone here that 2 great religions, Hinduism and Islam share common spiritual practices.
Btw try to pray at this time..If you are a Hindu its the best you do mantra japa or recite the Bhagavad Gita at Brahmamuhurtam..its the best time to connect with God..it would benefit you to be less reactive and all your anger would go away..cos I sense intolerance in your reply.
      Stay cool dear.

thank you Dr, Hansaji . what you said is true . this is the best time of our Tahajud Namaz > Our Prophet Mohammed ( May the Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon Him) encouraged this Namaz for all muslims . He said that Allah descends to the lowest heaven at this time with is angels and grants our Dua . it is the most pleasant time of the day , Praying Tahajud starts the day on a good note , it is followed by the Fajar Namaz, also another prayer which carries lots of blessings as we give up on our beauty sleep for our RAB . the cleansing of our noses is an essential part our the wudu ( cleansing)too.
