Unknowingly, I follow many of the things Sister Shivani says. And yes, I have benefited from that ! I don't touch my phone for 1 hour after I wake up, just put it on for charging. In the night, I disconnect from wifi by 10:30 pm but leave my phone ON (2 mtrs away..not next to my bed) to take any urgent call if required. It is a conscious effort and it helps 🙂

Listening to your teaching today touched the Core of my being. I was never in favour of these Gadgets and used to quarrel with my loved ones when we rarely got together for a meal to SHUT OFF their Cell Phones and enjoy Quality time together. Today I have become an addict to my Cell Phone living ALONE. It's become my Partner in my Loneliness. Instead of Meditation and good healthy habits I am living the life you are talking about because my life took a turn for the worst. I resent this life and after listening to you tonight I truly want to change my lifestyle and come back to basics. Thank you sincerely for empowering me. May your Seva Journey be Abundantly Blessed.
