I witnessed that many people outside of Indian subcontinent also learn new things from her & appreciate the effective knowledge of her in life.
The regular Indian diet has way too much carbohydrates which is why there are so many diabetics in the country. We need to think better and not go with the standard breakfast stuff like poha, upma etc which are 100% carbs. A more balanced meal is the way to go. Local grains like jowar, amaranth etc should be more easily accessible. Fresh fruits, protein should be part of every day diet.

I do yoga daily, my hereditary skin type is dull, I still did not got Glowing skin, sometimes it won’t work for someone, And glowing skin is not the only beautiful skin, matt texture is in fashion too ❤

I have a few questions or maybe doubts about this video:
1. Hansaji ne hame yoga ke baare me bataya aur khud itni achchhi practitioner h but unhe glasses tab bhi h, kya yoga me eyes ko fix karne ke tareeke nhi h?
2. 6:46 se unhone ek fat doctor ki story batayi ki kaise vo doctor slim and fit ho gaya 98 ki age me bhi but agar ye diet ko itna mehetv deti h khud bhi to vo slimness wala ilaj hansaji ne khudpar kyo nhi kiya h.

Main Roj 17 se 18 gante ka fasting karta hoon main 24 gante me 2 bar khana khata morning 5 am ko mathi pani 6 am ko break fast 2 pm ko khana is ke bad sirf pani kabhi jira ka ajwain sauif to podina ka pita hoon : thik hai keya btayga jarur

Whats negative in egg ??? There are researches that egg yolk is not bad . And pop corn making doesn’t need complicated machines .Buttermilk is not diluted yogurt with water !!!

there are negative effects in most foods these days .. everything has antibiotics n hormone additives .. fruits are ripened with chemicals .. it's a worrying thing

I had amla juice empty stomach after 2 3 days of consuming it normally and having no after effect on 4th day i vomitted just after 15 to 20 minutes of having it
According to google I could be allergic to amla but i normally eat dry amla candy or murabba and i don't feel sick
So can you tell if I should discontinue drinking the juice or another way if you can suggest.
It might be because those are processed with sugar, i would suggest to eat the amla either by boiling it with any dal or sabji you are making or raw, eating is always better than juice.
I have so much body heat - Its driving me crazy :( If someone touches my hands, he will be burnt. :(
