Hansa Maa always enlightened us with her knowledge. I learn yoga by watching hansa Maa videos. They are very helpful n helpful to reduce 25 kg. Weight after 1st pregnancy. Her yoga techniques bring positive changes in my mind, body n soul.

The regular Indian diet has way too much carbohydrates which is why there are so many diabetics in the country. We need to think better and not go with the standard breakfast stuff like poha, upma etc which are 100% carbs. A more balanced meal is the way to go. Local grains like jowar, amaranth etc should be more easily accessible. Fresh fruits, protein should be part of every day diet.
