    I love all of these moves, and a lot of them I've never seen before! I felt the burn! Traditional weight lifting never slimmed and toned my arms like barre workouts do. This is now my favorite barre arm workout!

      Huellas Nortinas are you deficient in any of the "cell salts"? try taking a supplement with the 12 "cell salts", and that might help the arthritis some! see what happens. it certainly can't hurt to try! most of us are deficient in at least 1 to 3 cell salts throughout our lives, which leads to inflammation, disease, various symptoms, physical, mental and emotional.

      I am 65 with osteoarthirtis in places where I have had injuries. The key is to eat healthy..organic and no processed foods. Learn how to read labels. Find a good reputable food source supplement company. Get your vitamin D levels checked out with a blood test..you will probably want to incorporate a vit. D supplement with Vitamin K2. I always use a Marine collagen peptide powder with 500 MSM in my powdered green drink twice a day. You are still young so you have the ability to get really strong and healthy for the rest of your amazing life. I do Linda's workouts and because of my knees I have to skip a few moves here and there. Secret is to keep moving anyhow.

      Yes, the the thigh workouts are great for slimming the lower body. You should do all different ones not just the 100 rep workout. The different workouts will target the muscles slightly differently to give you the best results. If you go to my lower body playlist you will see all the workouts there you can try. Also, to lose the fat you will have to watch your diet and do some cardio :)

    I don't understand why you call it a ballet bare workout when you don't even get close to the barre? I am looking for exercises I can do for my upper body that USE the barre. Do you have any? Thanks.

    • @barlatesbodyblitz
      @barlatesbodyblitz  4 місяці тому

      hi there, most barre arms workouts don't actually use the bar. It is a barre style workout, meaning long flowing movements with small weights. These are the sort of exercises ballerinas use to get toned arms without bulk. I have workouts where lower body work is used while holding the bar with one hand and using a weight in the other hand for example. Not sure exactly how you expect to use the bar for upper body apart from maybe doing push ups and triceps dips with it?

    This was a great arm workout! Adding it to my fave upper body playlist. For some reason, I tend to gravitate towards mat workouts more, but really liked that this was all standing for a little change up. =)

    • @barlatesbodyblitz
      @barlatesbodyblitz  7 років тому +1

      I think we somehow think mat workouts are easier, but often that is just a mind trick! I'm glad you enjoyed it, if you wanted to most of this could be done seated too 😊

    • @staceycr348
      @staceycr348 7 років тому +1

      Ha, I think your theory may be right! The days I feel an inclination towards mat workouts are definitely the days that I am extra tired (which, who am I kidding, is most days when you're trying to keep up with a 2-yr-old ;-) Clearly, like you said, this is just a mind trick, as I've done almost all of your mat workouts and they're no walk in the park (I sure do love them though!).

      I know a lady who had 2 little boys and she used to get up at 4:30am just to get her workouts in before they got up. Crazy dedication! Then again, I used to do the same when I worked at a job that started super early. I love my workouts too much to miss them for anything! 😀

    • @staceycr348
      @staceycr348 7 років тому

      Wow, yes, that sure is admirable dedication! Thankfully my little one still naps, so I workout while she is sleeping. :) Who knows what lengths I may have to go to when she grows out of the napping stage though!
