  • This workout went viral on China's version of UA-cam! The thousands of comments all talk about the amazing, super quick results they got including measurements of their thighs! If you use this workout consistently you will get results!!
    DESCRIPTION
    Welcome to my 100 Rep Challenge Series. You will do 100 reps per exercise for a total of 10 exercises to give you a 1000 rep workout! So that there is no boredom factor there will be variations for each exercise so you won't be doing straight reps. The pace is fast to keep the heart rate up and there is little break between sets.
    With this 100 Rep Challenge Outer Thigh workout you will be performing 10 rounds of a 100 reps for a total of 1000 reps for your outer thighs! You will definitely feel the burn, but try to push through! We will be working the Outer Thighs from all different angles with exercises that lengthen and strengthen at the same time.
    Because I will be counting throughout the workout, there won't be as many form pointers as usual so if this is your first time doing some of these exercises please check out some of my other Outer Thigh workouts first as form is king to really feel the burn!

    I have been doing these workouts for at least 10 yrs and they have transformed my body completely . I can’t understand why they are not popular. They work !

    Your workout is really popular in China for slimming legs!! I have been working out for the past two years and this is by far the best burn I have ever had.
    I feel like I feel more burning in my glutes than in my legs is this normal or am I perhaps doing the workout wrong...

    When u do a follow along challenge please keep in mind not all of your followers can keep up with ur pace in terms of speed of every rep, even if we don't intend to take a break , or rest and aim to complete it with u

      It is a lot of reps! Although, many of my workouts probably have close to to that many reps anyway, but more variations so the lactic acid doesn't add up so quickly 😊

      It's a different type of tough because it uses all your accessory muscles that don't usually get fully engaged during weight training. You name is the same as my cat!

    Another awesome way to strengthen the muscles. I tried it day before yesterday . It's for outer thighs but I'm sore in the butts. Is it okay to feel it there?

    She suggests if it’s too easy to add weights… 😅😂🤣 I can barely get through 3 of the 6 exercises. These muscles are so weak! Gonna do this religiously over the next few months. Hopefully I can get through the whole thing at some point and get stronger.

    Day 1 stop for 50 times once feel the butt burning hope I can keep doing this till my thighs looks tighter
    Day 2 finished and I tried 0.75x speed to do the knee to toe workout to make sure I did it right instead of did it fast👍🏻thanks Linda!
    Day 3 finished! Feel butt burning after this workout but feel easier to keep up.
    Day 4 finished!! Finally can do knee to toe workout without any stop. Keep practicing and I believe all is coming.
    Day 5 another day finished!! Feel easier!!

    You didn't tell how many dys to do it..it is totally wasted bcz you didn't explain anythng ...a thumbs down from my side

      hi, this is one of my more advanced series. If you start with some of my other workouts such as the Pilates Beginner series, there is a lot more explanation about form.
