I love all of your videos. It's super easy to follow along. Being a beginner, I've had to alter a few moves as I'm not quite there yet, but with each day I do one, I find I'm able to do just a little bit more. Thank you for giving us newbies a place to start!

I loved how well you showed the exercises and explained them. So far I've done all of the mistakes 😂 One thing that is difficult for me is that some exercised are very easy and need to wrap the strings around the bar so I feel something but when I put it behind my back, I can't lift it properly. I need to make elastics longer and my elbows hurt. Any advice how to combine these exercises? It's a bit annoying to change the length all the time. Thank you!
My best advice is to do what I feel you are already doing , keeping listening to your body… whisky it’s great to challenge yourself it’s also important to work around any niggles or issues. Enjoy moving and be proud of your efforts 🤩🙌🙏
ove the work out. I do have a few issues w my right shoulder when holding the bar behind the neck - problems to keep the shoulder up due to pain in shoulder. Any suggestions to what I can do/not do? RIght now I have to let the arm go down on the elastic band a bit..
Great upper body...workout. What about warm ups and cooldowns or stretches for the upper body? Your upper body bar workout requires a lot of work on the shoulders.
You are so right … the Pilates Bar workouts can require a lot of upper strength & mobility. I wish that your camera were up higher because sometimes it looks like you're lifting way above your shoulders and then as I think of it maybe you're lifting straight in front of you but it's difficult to tell with the camera down below you. Not meant to criticize just reporting :-)
Great workout for travel with no dumbbells. I wish I could have seen your hands/arms when they were above your head and that I had $1 for every "well done." 😉

Hi can this reduce back fat? Also how often would you recommend for me to see results? I hold more weight on my upper body
Nothing can spot reduce fat, you lose fat from your body all over. You might get more muscle tone from doing these exercises consistently tho.
