    I often get asked by clients for exercises that will strengthen their upper body, give tone and definition to their arms & shoulders. So with that in mind, I have created this video.
    Be patient …. Listen to my cues …. Be sure to engage your core to stabilise your spine and hips and let’s isolate the work to achieve our goal. Your arms and shoulders will feel the burn. When you get tired, rest rather than starting to use your spine movements to assist .
    By the end of the workout, you will find the effort & work that’s gone into completing the workout.
    Repeat….repeat….repeat and let’s keep getting stronger.
    Anyone following this class does so at their own risk. It is your personal responsibility to work safely and within your own limits.

    I love all of your videos. It's super easy to follow along. Being a beginner, I've had to alter a few moves as I'm not quite there yet, but with each day I do one, I find I'm able to do just a little bit more. Thank you for giving us newbies a place to start!

    Love this one! Thankyou! I find all your exercises are perfectly timed which means I can do them nearly every day as opposed to once a week! Thankyou Donna, you always look amazing and your explanations are perfect and programs are easy to follow. I’m up to day 11 of your 28 day challenge! Hopefully I look more like you at the end of it! 🤣🙏

    Great workout for travel with no dumbbells. I wish I could have seen your hands/arms when they were above your head and that I had $1 for every "well done." 😉

    Great upper body...workout. What about warm ups and cooldowns or stretches for the upper body? Your upper body bar workout requires a lot of work on the shoulders.

      You are so right … the Pilates Bar workouts can require a lot of upper strength & mobility.

    I love this workout, thank you. I wish that your camera were up higher because sometimes it looks like you're lifting way above your shoulders and then as I think of it maybe you're lifting straight in front of you but it's difficult to tell with the camera down below you. Not meant to criticize just reporting :-)

    Hi can this reduce back fat? Also how often would you recommend for me to see results? I hold more weight on my upper body

      Nothing can spot reduce fat, you lose fat from your body all over. You might get more muscle tone from doing these exercises consistently tho.
