DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the 15 Minute Tone Series. These short and sharp workouts are designed to tone all your trouble spots using the most effective exercises. You can also add various pieces of equipment to increase the challenge, however, it is still a great workout without it. Get read to feel the burn and see the changes!
In 15 Min Tone Ankle Weights Lower Body workout you will use 30 second intervals with no rest periods to hit every muscle in your lower body. The exercises are designed in an order to fully fatigue each muscle group before moving to the next. You will see side laying outer and inner thigh exercises, seated quad exercises, front laying hamstring and all 4s glute exercises. The burn is real!
Fitness level: Intermediate/advanced

Linda, I have been doing your floor glutes and legs exercises with ankle weights since you came on the scene. They are very effective. I just turned 61. I get compliments on my legs when I'm in shorts or wearing dressed all the time. Thank you for posting exercises that really work.

Love your floor leg workouts! I have a ribcage injury so did all the front lying and hands knees on sides because I can't put pressure on my chest.

I enjoyed this workout. I didn't add ankle weights, and it was still a great workout. Mini is adorable. She made me giggle in this video.

Update just finished on point thighs and this back to back for a full houre of ankle weight leg torcher gonna try a 20 or 30 min spin class yet. Kinda slacked off this week tryen to make up for it today😅🔥🔥

haha, yeah, I felt it the next day! Mini was such a restless noodle in this one. Mine are 1kg/2.2lb :)
I combined this with some of your workouts for arms and abs to build an effective total body workout that I could do with the foot injury. Mini is so cute in this one! 😻
