- This is a 30 minute vinyasa flow practice. Part 5 of the Refresh & Restore series of classes. These practices are designed to gently restore range of motion in your whole body without too much over effort.
This class is a modified warrior flow. It includes easeful transitions and a steady presence to breath. Class concludes with a pranayama practice (Sama Vritti or Box Breathing) and shavasana.
For practice, you may wish to have a blanket to pad your knees.

Fantastic. This was the perfect short flow for a hot summer day. We have 36 degrees Celsius today and I was not sure if Yoga was what I really wanted to do... As always I am glad I did it. I feel relaxed and refreshed.
