I absolutely love this practice, I did it yesterday and today and I am amazed at how much more motion I'm getting in my pelvis during wide legged seated forward fold! I struggle with this one so much and I'm blown away at the progress I'm making in two days. Thank you so much for your generous work. I love your channel so much.
Thank you very much indeed for this lesson, am running behind as usual, my days are so loaded there's often nothing more left in me but to go up in Shirshasana & try to restructure the supporting parts, the skeleton - or, like today, plunge into the "refresh and restore"series, my refugium indeed (next to the playful tricky "grasshoppers, lizards..." kind, I love those as well!)! So, everything is in its functional place again -❤️🙏🏻

The main thing that COVID did to me this time was really impact my ability to breathe well, which is why this practice was so very, very helpful. It'll be a few weeks, I think, before I'm back to doing all of my normal stuff. But I will get there! And, I'm happy to donate. I don't have a local studio that I can easily get to anymore, so I try to donate whenever I see new classes on here.

This is very nice practice to calm the nervous system and get a gentle stretch of the body. I found it to be a perfect practice to do in the evening after spending the day recovering from side effects of a vaccine, My headache has disappeared! :)
