Love the purposeful rhythm and flow of the positions - especially how you ask us to not rush our chaturanga vinyasa, but to go slowly as we lower the body, press through the chest and then peel our bodies back to a downward dog. That, along with your calming and rhythmic voice as you give direction is almost hypnotic. It is all quite lovely!! Thank you, Tana!

I recommend this as a practice for yogis getting over a cold, too! A nice re-entry into flowy movement.

I loved it! I'm in my menstrual cycle right now and needed a strengthening and toning workout that's gentle on the body. This one was PERFECT! My butt/glutes and legs/thighs really burned, and my abs were engaged. THANK YOU!

For this current season in my life, this flow was much too strong and not as “calming” as I expected given the description. Thank you for guiding - I really loved the first sequence but I veered off the railroad tracks about midway through. Namaste 🙏🏼

I so did not expect that elephant, it was a bit heavy on the wrists so maybe a little warm up for those would be great next time. Overall I really loved the flow and btw I have a cold as well so high five :D
