- This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow to rejuvenate your whole body. Part 5 of the Energise Series of classes. Practises that emphasise breath, movement and your mindful attention to cultivate a free flow of energy and feeling of vitality.
Class moves at a dynamic and steady pace and features accessible postures that will make you feel more alert, focused and energised. Enjoy!
For practice you may wish to have a blanket for comfort.

Woo hoo! Day 18! There’s a good routine there x thx Re playlists. I thought I’d have a sort :-) I was just trying to find my email back to you… but it’s gone ? Did u receive it? The one where I mentioned the 35 min classes are in the 30 playlist? Maybe I did the whole email in my head lol. I’m day 60 of #75hard. Going well :-) sleeping well. Feeling energised. ❤️🙏
@@TwoBirdsYoga Wow, thats incredible …. that #75hard looks… well… hard!! I am just plopping along by myself….. but the funny thing is that once you have the continuity, it almost feels like really bad luck to break it! I go for a walk with a friend on Wednesdays so used to think I didn’t need to do yoga on Wednesdays but now I just do the lovely (short) ‘Yoga for runners’ beforehand. And I did find the 35 mins in the new playlists so all good 👍👍
@@jochalder-royle9130 ya, it’s been challenging but now, as you say, it feels like a routine, and bad luck to break. Really impressed you’re committed each day. And it doesn’t need to be big. It can be 10 min meditation. Anything done with presence and awareness is a gift for our mental health and well-being. My sister in law said she’s started doing face yoga with an app. She said she sits down each morning and follows the 10 min routines. She finds it meditative. Ya just gotta find your thing right? ❤️🙏

Energizing indeed! It was a bit tough on my wrists but I feel muuuuch better. I barely slept last night and I was falling asleep with my eyes opened 😂 but this class brought me back! Thank you Fiona ❤
That’s great! If you come back to the flow and you need to take the heat out of your wrists, skip the core lunges and swap your dog for a dolphin :-) happy to hear you’re now feeling more awake x ❤️🙏

Thanks so much! Short answer, no. I’ve no immediate plans to run retreats. I may in the future. I have in the past :-) ironically, I feel less confident the more experience I acquire?! Where would be your ideal retreat location? ❤️🙏
