@。。i stan too many groups ho, I've bene doing some inner and outer thigh workouts especially an old video which Is a barre leg workout, then the 5 minute ABS burn challenge and the love handles One, for arms the Gigi hadid inspired One and for the butt the One that lasts five minutes!
I could literally feel the heat from my muscles after this! I didn't know if I should laugh or cry in the last 10 seconds lol. Thank you for creating such effective 5 minutes, they have actually become my most productive 5 mins of my day 💓

is there a workout that will seriously slim down the calves? I have an athletic build, and I know I won’t be able to have those thin model legs, but I would like them to be thinned/reduced of the size of my calves
I had the same issue. While working out, try to wrap your legs with anything, preferably with a plastic material. This will increase sweating on the calves area and soon you will lose some fat there. Hope this works for you too.

I thought this workout was going to be easy even after reading the comments but when I did it, GOSHHHHHH my inner thighs burntttttt. it's my second day doing it and my thighs hurt after I've just finished! the burn is more than day 1 bc today I could it much better, yesterday I couldn't go very low and didn't really pull myself together, kinda slacked tbh.
I come here for the glow up but what I got instead was my inner tights try to killed me. Good job and thank u for this fun session really need thisssss🥺❤️

2. Add onns to 10 pulses
3. 14 double plie lifts
4. 21 plie squats
5. Add onns from 10 pulses to 1
6. 12 lift and drop plie pulses
7. 5 seconds plie hold
