Just completed this workout! Definitely feel it only on sides than whole abs and also lower back at the sides. Anyone else? I definitely felt like I worked those hips/waist! Good cardio too, definitely feel my heart racing!

Even better results and stronger muscles the SLOWER you do these exercises because you are also training balance, engaging the whole body. And the extra is that you get more in tune with your body!
I've got a probem with this workout: every type of ab workout is typically hard for me but I don't feel my abs burning with this workout. Am I doing something wrong?
I'm the same. My inner thighs are burning like crazy but I don't feel much in my abs. The 15 min ab workout though is AMAZING. But I also wonder if I'm doing something wrong?
You could try doing the exercises at a slower pace. I had the same problem - my thighs were burning but the abs were fine so I started to lift my leg at a slower pace and then the abs started burning too

I do this and standing abs after walking for an hour in the morning. Just a low impact workout so my body doesn't feel stressed. When it feels stressed, I eat back the calories.

Same! My thighs are dying but my abs feel fine. For the second half, I tried to really tighten my ab muscles and that helped a bit.
You have to really squeeze your abs and use them to lift your legs than lifting through your thighs.
