RECIPES:
#1 - 100g banana, 100g pineapple, 100g mango, 45g vanilla whey & 300ml coconut milk.
#2 - 60g blackberries, 60g strawberries, 60g blueberries, 60g raspberries, 45g strawberry whey & 300ml coconut milk.
#3 - 150g pineapple, 1 small avocado (roughly 100g), a few spinach leaves (roughly 5-10g), small chunk of ginger, 45g vanilla whey, teaspoon of complete greens, juice of a lime, 15g honey, ice & 300ml almond milk.
#4 - 150g banana, 25g peanut butter, 20g nutella, 45g chocolate whey, ice and 250ml skimmed milk.
#5 - 120g raspberries, 120g strawberries, 45g white choc coconut vegan protein powder & 300ml almond milk.
#6 - Bulking Smoothie - 125g banana, 100g dates, 25g almond butter, 30g oats, 45g banana whey and 300ml oat milk.
#7 - No protein powder protein smoothie - 150g banana, 150g strawberries, 170g fat free greek yogurt, 300ml skimmed milk and 20g honey.

I use egg whites allot in my smoothies too, to get that protein if you don't have or want to use protein powder.

I have currently employed this specific *2WeightLossFast. Com* for several weeks by now as well as the results are incredible. They give me a lot of strength as well as reduce my desire for foods, yet I do NOT quit when they wear off which I really like, and they also don`t make me jittery. I haven`t changed anything else I`m doing and also have lost 7 lbs. .

Loved your vid - thank you! Here's a yummy smoothie: half banana (fresh), half kiwi (fresh), protein powder (1/2 scoop-vanilla whey/with greens), almond milk (half cup), frozen tropical fruit (mango, strawberries, papaya,peaches - no sugar added), crushed ice. :) :P
3:22 Some broccoli added to smoothies actually isn't that bad of an idea. Makes it a bit more thicker and adds a nice green tint to it. I always do that.

I just made the chocolate protein shake but without the nutella and substituted for almond butter.....the absolute best shake I’ve ever made hands down!!!

Banana
Peanut butter
Hamp seeds
Some choco zero calorie drops
I use water but should probably try ice!

For the last one I put frozen raspberries instead of strawberry and some strawberry jam and it's absolutely amazing
@Rakkety Tam it depends on which strawberry jam to be technical but at the end the thing that matters is the amount of calories. If you can fit strawberry jam in your diet without too big of a calorie surplus it should be healthy.
These recipes are sick! I have a smoothie every day for breakfast, I usually go for blueberries, vanilla or strawberry whey, scoop of greens, a handful of cashews, chia seeds and almond milk and it is banging

Hey Joe and anyone who see's this most blenders top will fit on top of a mason jar so you portion out your own smoothie packs and keep them in the freezer, also saves dish washing since you'll only need to wash the mason jar rather then the blender

Sounds weird but I sometimes add some beans to my smoothies for some extra protein and fibre (so good if on a cut) and they're super cheap! I also typically add a small amount of seeds or nuts for extra protein and for some healthy fats
Here's my typical protein smoothie recipe:
50g frozen strawberries
50g frozen blueberries
Half a banana
Scoop of protein powder (I think many flavours would work but I use vanilla)
1/3 tin of kidney beans (rinsed)
1 tbsp chia seeds
~400ml liquid (I do half plant-based milk and half water because it's cheaper and the taste is still good)

One different smoothie for everyday of the week:)
Here is my go to smoothie for lunch: 1 cup frozen blueberries, some cinnamon, cold coffee, about 3/4 cup, I large teaspoon peanut butter (or any nut butter, 15-20 grams), 1,5-2 scoops Whey chocholate protein powder. About 500 calories, with a lot of protein. Very good!
Mmm, off to get a blender tomorrow, they look tasty!

everything is optional ... so there is no recipe... this is so funny ,i love smoothies i just made one for my cooking channel eating happy , this smoothie is perfect to get a nice body in the gym because of the protein.
My personal favorite: low fat yogurt, frozen summer fruit, whey protein, granola, a banana and some honey. Makes one hell of a smoothie. Always use it as my after workout meal.
What type of whey protein? I’m trying to figure out which one to get.
Put the protein in last, or second to last if you're using peanut or almond butter (drop the butter on top of the protein). Do both after already adding the liquid. It'll mix more smoothly and not leave chunks of the butter or protein on the inside of the shaker cup. It makes it easier to rinse clean after.
Also, instant coffee is an awesome addition to almost any shake/smoothie.
Been using the Ninja for a while now. One of the best kitchen appliances!
