Yooo bros! Cost is calculated proportionally (i.e. if I used half a bag of rice, I used half the cost of the entire bag) and the amounts & macros/calories are on-screen. Enjoy xxx
**was also joking about not washing the knife but since you're cooking the carrot anyway I don't think you would actually die**

For the first recipe do you really need to heat the peas and sweetcorn if you’re heating everything up at a later date?
Couldn’t you just add them after the cooked chicken and rice as you’re portioning them up to freeze?

Great video! For the fried rice I suggest using day old rice and frying the chicken in batches to cook quicker, to get more colour on, and so you don’t lose heat in the pan. Also fry it all together in a couple batches and let the rice fry for a bit before adding the soy sauce because then you’re actually frying it. When you add the soy sauce, pour it down the edge of the pan and not over the rice as it will release its aromas and flavours. No complaints, just useful info to level up your scran

Will def give the last a try, as I usually just go with premade boxed burrito recipes, and have our own fried rice recipe with chinese saussage albeit with lower protein but eat with chicken or other protein on the side.

I am 70 k since 20 years old. I tried to get havier but never could, but i have a fealing i could loose 5 kg if i wontes it. I drink and smoke. Its exacly what you said. The food is very important and you add a litle exercise. I do jiujitsu, as you said do the fun sport colect the side effects. Maybe a bit of genetics as a roll too, but not as much as ppl think. My sister is fat for example. But she wasent wen she was leaving with and eating with me my father and mother. I stayed with the same "diet" she didnt.
