    I love you Yati sir,
    "I have joined the gym, and I'm a beginner. When I ask the gym coach, he only tells me which exercises to do but doesn't explain the proper techniques. He always suggests getting personal coaching for a monthly fee of 5000Rs. Now, I follow your videos on my mobile for exercises. Occasionally, I notice the coach from mirror, sometimes he is watching to me.😂😂😂😂😂

      True. My trainer took 1600dh from me for the last 3 months.
      He asked me only about personal training, It's very expensive. That's why I left that gym.

    Hi sir i build my muscles lose fat in park by pushup and playing outdoors games and after some months i get fat again by overeating and after 8 months i try to gym next day my muscles get pain to move and it stay 3-4 days any solution ?
