In my opinion, khush rehna is also a journey and process, takes time. Sab ke life mein, ups and downs hote hain, but what I do to stay happy is, I try to engage myself in situations that gives me Joy. For example, work mein mujhey stress huwa toh, I take a short break, play guitar or go for biking. TV mein, most of the time I try to watch comedy. I try to joke around with my wife until she gets mad 😅. I surround myself with people who share positive energy. Whenever I feel like a failure, I try to convince myself that its a learning process. I tell myself, One day I'll reach there. Making mistakes is awesome because this shows you're trying and moving towards success. If people around you are making mistakes, you should praise the effort they're putting rather than focusing on the mistakes. Slowly you'll feel everything is working smoothly. Thats what I follow. Hope that helps. 😊 Stay positive.

Great video, always helps to get our body in shape.. I have only one conern, you were doing exercises without wearing shoes which I think you should wear when making public videos as all the youngsters and followers will follow you what you do and it is a bit health and safety issue. People know that shoe is compulsory but if you can please mention in the videos that would be awesome. Other than that I am a big fan of you.
I think about future... Also one suggestion, sir pls use steel glass / utensils for drinking pre-workout / food items. Plastic is hazardous for health.

Our idol is shwarznegar, cbum,roni,pillhith etc. We need that one kind of physics before gym just thinking and start workout, discipline but naturally without anabolic. Is it possible in 100 year's? I love my self, this is happiness. Health is wealth, this is happiness. I've little knowledge the dark side bodybuilding, this is happiness. I doing my workout Last 8year's with confidence, this is happiness. I'm just thankful to my Allah..! for all, this is happiness. Query: I have a pain point in my upper mid back that when it triggers for a moment I loose breath and it feels like my backbone gonna stuck something like that. How to recover from that? P.S. I sit on chair most of the time. Haven't done excercise since a year+.

In my opinion, khush rehna is also a journey and process, takes time.
