One of my dogs had bradycardia and the vet diagnosed it through an EKG that was part of his health plan. He was 12 and the vet said he could have collapsed and died at any time. He told me that Purdue University did pacemakers surgery on dogs. I chose to do the surgery. He lived another three years after that and it was totally worth it.

If you're really obese (like me), you can't do "moderation" eating, you would'nt be at 300+ lbs. if that could be done. Carb and sugar addiction is very real, you have to get rid of ALL OF IT! Don't fool yourself, (not talking about YOU, just in eneral), you're not gonna win.
@@buttarain27 Soooo true. I keep trying to tell someone I know this but I feel she doesn't have will power. She keeps showing my pics to people and show the weight I lost and still losing. That's crazy to me. We are both 5'2" and I was 204 lbs. She was 234. I'm 148 and still losing. She lost 34 lbs months ago and it stopped. She doesn't get why but I see it perfectly. I told her to stop eating yogurt with that sugar added, and the Starbucks bottled coffee from the grocery. She went back to it like it's just sometimes. I stop talking.
It would be great to see a months menu plan of what you ate during your weight loss phase and then for your maintenance.

One of my keto snacks is chocolate coconut fat bombs
1 cup SF Choc Chips
1 cup SF coconut
1/4 cup butter
Melt choc in 20 sec intervals stirring after each 20 secs, should only take 1 min, add butter, stir until melted, add coconut and stir well
Put in 8 muffin paper cups or anything else you want
Makes 8
They are delicious
165 cal
13.9g fat
3.9 g protein
4.4 g carb
Net 1.4 g
3.1 g fiber

Thank you for sharing. I tend to go with the same foods for long periods of time and then after three or four months I burn out and quite for awhile and gain half of what I've lost back. This gives me lots of ideas!

OMGudness!! I am also a snack fanatic. I changed up my snacking habits as well. I use radishes and hummus with carrots. Its good too. I just dont know if hummus is fattening but i eat it in mederation... I also use my own popcorn. Not microwaved or prepopped in the bags. I pop them myself. Lol. Less miney, healthy and you can add whatever flavors you want. I only use butter/oil or salt or pepper. I also snack on peppers too. I love the ted pepper but a wrapped pepper with cheese and some kind of dip is good too.

Hi Mayra! I love these snack videos so much! May I ask….What type of deli turkey you use and where do you get it? It looks so delicious! I love cucumber slices with different dips. I just found hummus with Hatch green chile at Sam’s Club. I’m originally from the Hatch Valley, so anything with green chile-I am so there! I cannot wait to dip some cucumber into that hummus.

I love the Costco boiled eggs because they have zero sulfur smell, so they’re perfect for salads, deviled or for making chocolate pudding.
I love chomps/Archer beef sticks. The bell pepper sandwich is good too. I love 4505 Pork Rinds, but Epic is also good as a Baked Pork Rind vs. Fried. Would love to see what you have in your pantry & fridge

Red bell peppers are my favorite.... but can't imagine them as a bread substitute. I like to use large leaves of romaine as bread. I fill mine with egg salad and dill... tuna salad.. chicken salad,,, asian chicken w. sesame seeds and cilantro, any deli meats and cheeses,,, even with hot carnitas, scrambled eggs and chorizo... endless possiblities !
