Butter and margarine are two different things. That's why videos like this are so informative because most people in society don't read nutrition labels or understand how food is made or how terrible some food is for human consumption. Never eat margarine. Coming from my health professional.
I disagree with the leafy greens depending on which anti inflammatory symptoms you’re grappling with. In my case, I grapple with Crohn’s disease and when I experienced flares, leafy greens were a trigger food. And I love salads and leafy vegetables so. I’d recommend proceeding with caution, talk with your doctor and/or pay attention to your body. Everyone is different.
I forgot to add that a lot of the oat milk branded creamers usually contain thickeners and emulsifiers made with seed oils or soy products which can be inflammatory. There is a brand of oat milk in the US called Malk that is a pretty clean.
Both lactose free milk products and enzyme tablets are more and more available (here, most products are now lactose free for convenience sake to not need doubles) very cheaply in normal grocery stores. It depends on country though where you are in the process. If you're in a country that's not primarily or even partly lactose free with dairy products yet, you probably have at least enzyme tablets available to take in order to tolerate normal dairy. I'm lactose intolerant yet probably an overconsumer of milk products 🙈 And even though *I* seem to be sensitive to the lactose in all normal dairy, most other intolerants around me have exceptions that are and should be fine, commonly types of cheese and organic milk. Some chefs and bakers even count on this apparently 😬 Find your "exceptions".
@ it’s not so much intolerance but allergic, sorry when you tell people your allergic they tend to think intolerant so 🤷🏻♀️ I live in the US in WASHINGTON state so there’s an abundance of milk alternatives but I’ve tried most and don’t like most of them except soy milk which probably makes me weird because it was all my mom could give me when I was a baby 52 years ago and I sucked it up and loved it 🤣
Eat meat, tallow, liver, insects and bugs, berries, nuts and roots and you will be healthy. We have been eating like that for millions of years until the discovery of wheat.

Noticing a pattern with dairy substitutions. First the dairy free creamer and then the margarine.
Well if you look at the ingredients in the non dairy creamer it has coconut oil or vegetable oil and it's not good for you.
Use butter
Maybe stop messing up our food and we can enjoy eating without it affecting our health.

If it is plain oat milk with minimal ingredients, no artificial or “natural” flavorings and minimal sugar then yes it’s probably ok
