Hi Jennifer, thank you for your demo. I have to verify if I can wear my weighted vest. Now that I developed spinal stenosis I need to find out if I can still use the vest. I had purchased it from Dr Fuhrman years ago and enjoyed it. Keep up the good work☺️

If it is NOT maybe ask if you would benefit from a weighted belt, wrist and or ankle weights? Watch for a near future video where I tend to share about other weighted wearables.😊
