All of the poses are safe for osteoporosis because we are keeping our spine long and tall. You can use no weights or try water bottles, food cans or light dumbbells. Have a chair handy for balance.     Thank you im being actively discouraged for no reason from all weight bearing and will not eat much anymore. Have possible fracture of one hand had they listened qhen i explained that weight gain cant just be 100 per cent sedentary when the person has osteoporosis. Also complained id fat in diet so calcium levels have fallen. I unfortunately have anorexia not doing so well. My bones cannot take severe osteoporosis as they're extremely stunted size of 8 year old weight restored so the last thing i want is to fracture my spine and up paralysed. I spent yesterday crying as people kept trying to carrying my stuff for me and i need some load or my back will get weak. My hands were a different matter. My right hand seems to be broken its being x rayed tomorrow was from a heavy door they would not clip back with a fire safe magnetic clip even when i offered to pay it. My hands dont take as much weight as my arms and shoulders do. Shoulders are great.

      @YogasJoyfulJourney thank you hand wasn't broken and doctor recommended more weight bearing on the joints to stop bone pain and advised more vitamin d. Just a strain.
