Works great without ankle weights if you are first trying them out then eventually you can ease into them. That’s what I have been doing successfully 😊

Thank you. I am really enjoying my 10 min work out between working time. I am medical field, so not tons of time when I work. So I choose 10 min between my break and to do. Love it. Please make more 10 or 15 min program, it’s really good to between work and break. Thank you. Really appreciate it

Did this with 10 lb ankle weights on each ankle after doing one of your other pilates workouts and finished with a 10 minute bridge workout amd a 10 minute stretch and woooo I'm feeling the burn the next day
