    everyone with hip issues: remember this workout is hard, even on people with well functioning hips, so it'll naturally be very challenging for us. take all the breaks you need to, skip an exercise if needed, and listen to your body! this could either be very helpful or harmful. if it hurts while doing the exercise, but feels good when you take a break, it's healthy! if it hurts while taking a break too, it's probably not the right class for you. be proud of yourself either way for doing your best and taking care of yourself

    Really appreciate this video being labeled as knee friendly! Haven’t worked out in almost a week due to an inflamed knee. Feels great to get a good workout in while my knee is healing!

    I recently got diagnosed to PCOS, and I'm using your videos to maintain activity on days I'm not walking (I do around 7,000 steps 3 days out the week)
    After the workout I felt the burn, but it felt nice to be active and not stress out my body the way I used to in the gym. I feel the difference already and I'm grateful to have come across your videos ❤🙏

    I've been backpacking for the past 2 months and finally had some time to try this again. I used to do this with average struggle, but holy goodness now it feels impossible.     I have chronic knee pain from skateboarding injuries and this workout is perfect! Some days I simply cannot do squats (or lunges) so I appreciate this for days when my knees are feeling tender! Thanks Nicole 💖

    I used to do Chloe Ting's challenges but I would never finish them because she has cardio. Here at your exercises, I can feel my muscles without sweat and it's awesome!!! Probably I do need cardio as a lymph drainage, but after cardio, I quit workouts for months, so your videos help me not to procrastinate. Hopefully, I will finish November Pilates. Thank you so much for your work!

    This is the BEST glute workout I've tried. Every workout I've tried has not had enough burn for me or was hard to do, but this was perfect. I'll be doing this 2 - 5 times a week and calculating my progress here, this is a 100% honest review you can trust.
    Week 1: I did this workout 4 times this week, and I still feel the burn when I do it.

    Day 1, Oct 6 2024: It’s my first exercise in a while and I’ve never been a flexible person. I had a difficult time maintaining balance and stretching my legs to its fullest. I was trembling and couldn’t keep my body high up without it falling down the mat every few seconds. My lower spine sometimes felt unpleasant against the hardness of the ground. While doing the exercise, I adjusted it to my level by just doing what my body can rather than copying it completely. I sometimes bent my knee because I couldn’t fully stretch it out like a straight ruler. It was hard but my body feels nice after and I know I’m just the beginning so I understand if I won’t be able to correctly follow everything but I will soon.

    Love this one! I needed to do some strengthening with my right glute as I was injured 6 years ago and finally thought to work on strengthening it. The Physio had given me similar glute exercises to this. And Id rather do this as it was more enjoyable to do with you.
    So thank you for this! I'm going to save this one to my favs.

    Is this a booty shrinking, toning, lifting, or growing video? I’m so glad I found your channel, Nicole! I truly appreciate the thorough instruction on form, as it is something I’m not confident about. Love your calming style as well.
    I just wanted to update and say thank you so much for the burn! Some of the exercises reminded me of Mari Windor Pilates which I’ve missed. Thank you so much for the cues especially to breathe! I found it hard to get my back not to arch when drawing my navel in during the side-lying exercises. I hope I can do it correctly with time. Thank you for the great stretch at the end; it’s the perfect end to the evening!

    I really love those short Booty/Arm Workouts of yours :) I wondered if you could also make some quick workouts for the waist/core or the back? I'd really appreciate something like this, because it makes it easier to specifically target those areas. Especially on days or weeks when I don't have that much time :D Thank you for your awesome workouts, ever since I started doing them I feel much stronger and I'm in a much better shape. Plus, it feels amazing afterwards. The way you are guiding me through these exercises really gives me a "I can do this" mindset

    I like it very much, but my right leg was numb throughout a lot of the workout. What would you say I should do? Should I keep going or should I stop and make it better and then continue?

    Im so grateful for this video. I saw online that strengthing your glutes can help arthritis. I was doing so bad and after 1 month of doing this my knee pain is 75 percent better, i can actually walk again without a limp!!! ❤ plus my ass is looking great haha
