Here’s what you can expect on the mat:
➡️ Learn about Ganesha & why we want to embrace his teachings at the start of anything
➡️ Experience a grounding, root chakra flow to cultivate strength, structure and stability for your new chapter
➡️ Strengthen & support your lower-body with lower-body yoga postures like malasana, utkatasana and several types of lunges
➡️ End with a short bija mantra practice
