wow, this was way harder than I thought it would be. I'm looking forward to seeing how this works. (ps - I also have droop around my eye and cheek on one side of my face - adds years to that profile. Wondering if you have anything for that...). ETA - I think I found it - "Tone Saggy Cheeks" w00t!
When doing this squeeze along the jaw massage, the chin area is hard then there's a soft bit and then where there is the beginning of a jowel is really a hard lump. it's the same on both sides. I watched one video for someone said it was due to shortened neck muscles dragging the face down and I know it is definitely some kind of muscular imbalance. Can you advice please? Maybe you need to see a photograph? Is this technique what can we do to resolve this and get the muscle tone balance?
I would advice to take some time to work posture and also massage acupressure around that area, massage will help the circulation, the acupressure will help the prana or life force energy, the posture will really help to correct any forward posture which may be causing problems, so as well as doing the video here, I would also recommend looking at those three things too 💗

Hi, that works the muscle that works around the mouth called the olecreabis locas muscle and by strengthening this muscle by wrapping the lips around the teeth you therefore tone the skin attached 💗
I don’t understand what that index finger is supposed to be doing. Maybe a little more information there? It helps to understand the purpose of a particular movement. I mean I assume do that without the index finger, because putting it there doesn’t make sense to me.

Will wrapping the mouth around the teeth cause the area between the lip and nose to become longer?
