    Thank you for mentioning that these lines are from concentration! Everyone else calls them frown lines and being a positive person I hardly ever frown so it doesn't make sense. But I focus on the computer all day for years and this is where these lines come from. Thanks for the exercises, I'm gonna do them daily and hopefully smooth the skin in the area!

      I am visually impaired so I am always straining my eyes and I have a terrible 11 and I hate it, so I am definitely going to try this.

    I’m 17 and I flex those muscles a lot. I’m really insecure about it because it formed not exactly a wrinkle but like an 11 bump. I’m going to do this a lot!! Thanks for info
    UPDATE
    It’s been a week since I’ve done this massage and there’s been some improvement :) it’s not as bad as it was when I started. I try not to flex those muscles a lot and massage that area about 3 times daily.

    This a response from my thread so you don’t have to open it.
    recently I noticed that I haven’t been moisturizing my face like I did for the past years. So make sure you wash your face with lukewarm water (soap is optional) and put lotion on! This really helps too! It takes a while too but now it’s like the bump was never there!

      hey it’s been years since you posted this comment, i’m 19 and very insecure about my 11 bump (because my is a bump as well) and i’m wondering if over the years if you doing this if you did really see an improvement

    I don't know how it took me so long to find you! I really enjoyed this...you are so easy to listen to and understand, and your voice is quite soothing. I intend to go check out more of your videos. I get so irritated with these plastic surgeons who laugh off face yoga, claiming that you cannot do anything about lazy, aging muscles except injecting them! They, above all people, know that muscles in the face should be worked out just like the muscles in your body. I am 65 and my two annoying areas are my "ll" and my heavy, drooping upper eyelids. Thanks again.

    Omg I've been doing this for a while and I'm in tears, I got more wrinkles in between my eye brows the lines got more deeper and more saggy and very puffy, my skin got more saggy and when I bent down and look in the mirror my skin hangs kind of puffy and very loose!!!! This happened so fast. I'm so unsatisfied so terrible!!! I'm sure is good for some people but not for me I'm in tears, as I'm leaving this message. Thank you anyways I pray it works for the rest of yall, and I'm not trying to be negative I'm just being honest. I had the wrinkles in between my eyebrows, but not like this thi is worst that before, maybe it's just my fragile skin.so sad.

      Use toner and rose water in the area regularly. It will tighten the skin and also drink a lot and also eat beaf so your face get some mass n hence the good effect maybe produced. If you are doing dieting or less eating then skip it n eat healthy with lots of collagen boosting foods

      Next time when you start doing excercise put some moisturizer or lotion on face n then do it. No excercise on dry washed face

      @@azureenjulian2645 I use the knock-off frownie tape there while I'm working or studying. It's "cheating," and maybe it won't "work" in the long run, but I've been doing it for years. So far it has kept the lines away and from re-forming even though I'm terrible at being consistent. Shrug.

    I'm 17 and already has very deep frown line it's making me look angry all time also i look much older than my age. Can it still get reversed? I got it from extreme stress because i've been frowning a lot.

    This works immediately. After my first session the lines went away. My lines are only just light lines though because they are just starting to develop.

    I've been doing this exercise consistently for 1 1/2 months now and havent seen any major change. The crack btw my eyebrows are still there, and a couple of lines above my nose - perhaps less visible than before. However, i will continue to do these exercises for at least 2 more months and see if over a longer period it works, since the exercises makes sense to me. They are simple to do and really dont take much time to fit into my daily routine.

    Ive had 11 lines since my 20s - what changed literally overnight is one them travelled up the forehead so went from 1cm to 1.5cm and is now noticeable. I will try this and see what happens. Im 58

      Healthista thankyou, I really did enjoy it. I suffer now and then from sinus and these exercises help as well. We exercise other parts of our body, we go walking but we never concentrate on our face. I like that your videos are to the point... my kids laughing like mad watching me do the exercises ❤️

    Took some pics of myself yesterday and it's surprising how wrinkled i'm getting. I'm 49 and have some denial with that number. Mentally i am like 30. I guess because i never had kids.
    I sleep on my stomach which is horrible for wrinkles and apparent can reduce your life expectancy. i can't sleep on my back but need to try the side more.
    I'm getting smile lines which sucks. I see alot of face massage in my future!

    This is a material and body-centric path, of sense fulfillment and chasing pleasure. It is opposite of path of yoga. It is not bad in and of itself, but, it is NOT yoga

    I'm gonna try it. There are terrible wrinkles between my eyebrows and everyone thinks I'm a furious person.
    Ma'am can you share some cautions for wrinkles between eyebrows? During day time my wrinkles don't appear deep but when I get up in morning my wrinkles deepen. I dont know why. Now I'm afraid everytime I sleep because I have noticed that after sleeping these wrinkles between eyes become worse.

      Sleep on your back. If you are sleeping on your side or stomach, that is why it looks worse in the morning

    Yoga is part of Vedas(Religion Scriptures) of Hinduism. It has first mentioned in Rigved and referred to in many Upanishads.
