This is glorious, I have been researching "yoga for face wrinkles" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Jenrooklyn Facial Mummification - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my cousin got amazing success with it.
Today is my 2nd day with this double chin routine and i think it will work cause i can feel my jawline being tight i will do it for a month and will see if i can keep you all updated with this routine day 1 - i did it whenever i was bored and free i can really feel it getting tight day 2 - i can feel it being a litle tight every time i do it guess it'll work day 3 - done day 4 - done day 5 - done after 2 months i have no double chin it is no more there i have a tight jawline and no face fat thanks to her

Day 2 : I have some kind of body aches, but I feel like it’s working out. Day 3 : I believed it was an illusion or only what I wanted to see, but it’s NOT A JOKE ; I combined this video with exercises of other of this woman’s videos and my smile lines... have lengthened. She said that we’ll have a bright smile after that and... Dude, she was not kidding at all actually ! I’m shocked wth.. Can’t help but smile right now !! Day 4 : Maybe it’s an illusion but I feel like my jaw’s outline is less greasy. Also I try as much as possible to stop looking down while typing messages, and to keep my shoulders straight too, but with habit it is a little difficult. Day 5 : In addition to these exercices, I tried sleeping on my back and not with my face on the pillow. It was a bit uncomfortable because unusual, but I ended up falling asleep though. I’ll continue doing that. Day 6 : •___• Day 7 : Keep in head that no matter how often you get used to this training, you’ll never look sexy doing it. Here’s a piece of friendly advice ; avoid mirrors. Day 8 : I ate eggs today. Day 9 : I’m getting really used to this. I try to do several series per day. Did u take before pictures? Becuz a lot of the time with things like this he placebo effect happens U may think u see results but nothing happens in reality If u haven't, take pictures now and when u do the after pictures, try to put ur face into the same position with the muscles relaxed so ur not accidently tensing them which will look like u have results when u dont

I used to have a very sharp jawline for the longest time and no double chin and very perfect posture,,, But over the years I’ve gained fat, got tmj, and developed a very bad posture... I’ve read somewhere that bad posture could cause neck muscles to weaken and cause the skin to sag... Do you think I could go back to having a sharp jawline if I just fix these??? 😭

I’ll keep reminding/ updating you guys^^ Day1: I have a very fluffy skin as I talk my double chin starts to show, and it really annoys me. It’s likely embarrassing as I’m still in highschool making me afraid about what others think about me. When doing this for the first time I felt much pressure onto my neck, but it felt good in a sort of way? I did it for a while and so far so good, it makes me feel relaxed and it does actually work. I did these poses for 4 minutes straight it hurts a bit at first but I believe it’s my skin itself, I advice you to do it twice a day maybe three times. For example: morning,afternoon, night. It might help! I felt my skin after the workout and it feels much sharper then before, but ofcourse it isn’t all gone already it’s still the same but it totally does make me feel a lot better then I did before, you should try! Hi. I want to try it and incorporate in my bedtime routine for now. How many sets I need to do and how long I need to hold so it could be effective.
We suggest doing the exercises in 3 sets, 3-5 times per day for optimal results.We recommend 3 to 5 reps and hold for 5 to 10 seconds, or 3 breathes for each individual exercise.
I used to have a very sharp jawline for the longest time and no double chin and very perfect posture,,,
But over the years I’ve gained fat, got tmj, and developed a very bad posture...
I’ve read somewhere that bad posture could cause neck muscles to weaken and cause the skin to sag...
Do you think I could go back to having a sharp jawline if I just fix these???

Day1: I have a very fluffy skin as I talk my double chin starts to show, and it really annoys me. It’s likely embarrassing as I’m still in highschool making me afraid about what others think about me. When doing this for the first time I felt much pressure onto my neck, but it felt good in a sort of way? I did it for a while and so far so good, it makes me feel relaxed and it does actually work. I did these poses for 4 minutes straight it hurts a bit at first but I believe it’s my skin itself, I advice you to do it twice a day maybe three times. For example: morning,afternoon, night. It might help! I felt my skin after the workout and it feels much sharper then before, but ofcourse it isn’t all gone already it’s still the same but it totally does make me feel a lot better then I did before, you should try!

Das kann leider 4 - 6 monate dauern bis man ergebnisse sieht man muss mindestens 6 monate drann bleiben da bei jedem die Ausgangsposition doppelkinn und so anders ist.... bei manchen ist das doppelkinn so stark ausgeprägt da dauert das halt monate ist doch logisch :)
