I found this great for my bruxism pain. My jaw is so tense at night in my sleep and in the am I get megraine and jaw pain. The jaw massage release is really good for this to I find.
That jaw pinching part feels amazing! I carry so much tension in my jaw and it was a lovely sore but releasing feeling! I’ve just started with this as saw a line start to appear on marionette area so will see what happens! Thanks Danielle x

Hi Danielle, thank you for your wonderful videos. I have noticed that the lines above my upper lip are increasing when I make the "o" shape with my mouth and wrap my lips around my teeth. Any other move we can do in order to perform this exercise correctly?
Please just do the ‘o’ shape to around 50% whilst your doing the exercise rather than going to 100%, then use a mirror to correct and check that no lines are being created through that exercise. If you have any existing lines in this area then its really good to use your index finger and really massage into that area to improve the blood flow and the energy 💗

Thanks. Ahaha I’ve been washing my face and using almond oil. But somehow these lines have been showing up. And I want to reduce them as much as possible. But I guess it’s just the sign of getting older. Ahhaa
