    I'm 13 years old and I can't express how much I wanna thank you. Litterly exploded in the bathroom lol. Especially when it's Ramadan I have the hardest stools ever. Didn't go to the bathroom for about 3 days. I feel so relaxed right now
    Edit: it's been a month now. And it's like I never got constipation. It's long gone
    Things that helped me :
    1. Eat more fruits and vegetables
    2. Chew your food really really well
    3. DRINK WATER
    4. Try to move more through out the day
    5. Replace some meals with soup (this one is VERY helpfull)
    6. Take a stool softener
    And it will be gone like it never happend. You can see results from 2-7 days

      Make sure you're drinking tons of water between iftar and fajr. Salad is good too. I'm the same.

    I had been struggling since yesterday and it felt like HELL. I was nauseous, feverish, and weak. I did this and after 30-45mins, I went to the bathroom and it was a little easier to pass (not bad cause this is the first time I did this).
    I will never forget this day. I feel like a new person. LOL.
    I like this side of UA-cam where we talk about stuff that really happens in real life, not be ashamed of it, and get REAL SOLUTIONS.

      Don't forget muslims who pray 5 times a day at certain times that stimulate the body and mind with specific movements. I feel not many know that or do not understand the meaning behind it all. Ancient knowledge is the best and what we need today ;)

    It worked, thank you so much. Yesterday I upped my fibre (banana on toast, more water, 6 prunes, 14 almonds and a pear). I did this exercise before bed and in the morning. After whilst having my warm glass of water, it came out!
    Since covid, constipation has come out of nowhere.

    This is so effective! I feel bloated for almost a week now and did this exercise last night before going to bed. My tummy feels so relaxed after. This morning I drank a cup of hot chocolate and just a few minutes later I feel the urged to poop. This helps so much! Thank you and God bless you!

    thank you sooo much! im 17 years old student who had problems going to the bathroom for a whole week...i was really sad and stressed about it, so i did these exercises yesterday before going to bed and in the morning and then went for a 1 hour walk. all my problems fixed! thank you im so happy ❤️ i also do those breathing exercises a lot and the massage too❤️ ill recommend this video to my family who also sometimes suffer :(

    After a serious operation, my prolonged use of medication gave me something I never experienced before. Constipation. For a while I was dependent on laxatives. Then I stumbled onto your video, and along with modifying my eating habits, I’m doing far better than before. Prior to my surgery I always took care of myself, exercised and watched my weight. Let me say this to you personally: people like yourself do humanity a greater service than you realize. Perhaps others don’t think of taking the time to express their gratitude. But let me assure you, if you remember nothing else today, please remember this: your time, your caring for the welfare of others, generosity, and great concern and decency as a human being makes you very special: may goodness and mercy follow you all all the days of your life.     Less than 5 mins. Less than 5 mins after watching this video I had a bowel movement. I’m still constipated, so I’m not fully cured, but these exercises are starting to make me realize that I probably need more exercise in my life (as well as diet changes of course). But what a success this was. Thank you so much!

    Do this excercise and don't do the stomach massage dryly put oil in your belly button and all over your stomach and then do the massage(let the oil sit)and afterwards drink a glass or two of milk I have chronic constipation which means that I get constipated even after I go to the bathroom so this helps alot obviously you need to eat alot of fiber,drink water and excercise minimum for an hour you can also dance or do any physical activity which allows you to move alot for and hour

      @We Are Gamers Try stool softener which has macrogol 4000 in it. Use it only 2 weeks but idk can you take it longer if its not helping then you could talk to doctor.

      @Anna Hutto I would recommend going to the doctor (best choice) but if you aren't able to get a hold if a doctor at the moment and the pain won't go away take Miralax

      @We Are Gamers Well there's many which has macrogol in it but you could try macrogol ratiopharm or pegorion with macrogol 4000. It takes 1-3 days to work.

    oh well, I'm trying everything: eating veggies, walking, some breathing techniques to ease my anxiety and, let me tell you, it got better, but constipation is still here kicking in. I just hope this will help me, because I'm honestly tired to depend on laxatives. I hope y'all get better guys

      Too much dependency on laxatives make your constipation worse. From what my doc said (I have ibs), using laxatives and enemas make your bowel muscles lose their ability to push the bowels through. It'll be dependent on the medicine. So maybe take a break from them for a while.

      @@Alyssa-senpai yeah that's what i've been trying to do lately. I've stopped taking too many lasxatives, i use them just in case of emergency, without using them too much. But yeah, i hope that as time passes i can finally get rid of those (I truly doubt it, but what else can we do?)

      Osmotic laxatives, such as miralax, do not cause dependency the way stimulant laxatives, such as senna based laxatives, do. When increasing fiber, do so slowly. As a woman, aim for 26 g daily

    Hi Michelle. I had constipation, more like a blockage, one morning and tried walking, drinking plenty water, but no progress. After trying to move my bowels for several hours my bowel muscles had become weak and ineffective. I had almost given up when I decided to try UA-cam and found your video. I carried out the exercises and within a short period of time (10mins approx) I had the urge followed then by a successful passage. FYI - as my bowel muscles were so exhausted I resorted to the Asian style posture with my feet on the seat which also helped. Thank you so much for showing your exercises. God bless you.

      Hey I know this comment was 3 years ago but I'm also experiencing the same thing... I also have constipation for I think about 3 years now too. I've tried everything and used prune juice as an alternative to poop but I know I can't always depend on It so this will be my day 1 of trying to get better

    I have IBS-C, and the mornings things don't move along, I do these excersises and it absolutely helps me to have a movement within about an hour or so. Thank you for doing this video ❤👍

    This actually worked. I was sceptical at first because to be honest when you have tried so many things and it didn't work out you lose hope. But I tried this and I felt so great. All my stress for pooping went away. And after that I felt the urge to go and I cleared my bowel🎉. It was truly relaxing and comfy to do the exercise. For those fighters out there still struggling just relax and stop worrying for a second. You might be constipated but do not be mentally constipated. Trust me just relax and it will be fine. Do not lose hope.

      @@cheskaismine5271 I go once every two weeks. Last year I went 29 days, before I went back to the dr. People that go every day or every other day can’t imagine. Apparently your bowels can hold up to 20 pounds.

    This worked like magic when I did all of the exercises but before doing them I took ORS (orange flavour- Its a drink for preventing acidity and helps with dehydration). Soon after I drink about Two cups of water with mint leaves and Waited for about an hour or 1½ hour and it worked!!! Thank you so much!

    i am so so so so soooo thankful for this video of yours......i am 16 year old and i was having this stupid constipation for like a week..i thought it would come when my stomach is full but i guess it was feeling shy, i was not able to sleep at nights and then it started bothering me. i took some tonic yesterday night from my grandma but in the morniing it didnt work,i also did walking for 30 mins last night but today morning the dream didnt happen and then in the afternoon i clicked on your video and had done it twice and applied oil while massaging....then after 5 minutes...the miracle happened..thank you michelle.

    Wow just wow ... I tried explaining the message on your video (the picture before I watched the video) to my Dr .     I'm lactose intolerant and I'm new to taking medicine for it so sometimes I take too little pills and get constipated. Today was the worst it's ever been, so bad that it hurt when I sat down. These helped me a lot ❤

    I was taught by a massage therapist to massage from left to right under the ribcage, and right to left beneath the belly button. It is a relief to feel the gut movement.

    I've been doing these exercises for 3 days now and they seem to have helped a lot. I'll continue doing them daily. The painful cramping has subsided quite a bit and my bathroom time is MUCH easier. Thank you, Michelle. You are so soothing, too. Your voice and demeanor are very calming. I'm glad you're a nurse because patients feel your healing energy and that feels so good to sick people.

    I’m very embarrassed to say this on here but genuinely thank you so much - I haven’t gone in almost 2 weeks and I did your excerises. I was disappointed when I thought it didn’t work but I constantly massaged my stomach for more than 10 minutes straight then I went on to do things. I could barely do it as I needed to rush to the bathroom! I got it out and this is was the least painful and quickest I’ve got it out. I’m truly very thankful 🎉🎉

      My son has had problems for about 20 years now he gets a pulsing swelling and pain on his lower left side.. He is having problems with constant constipation, hes mentioned he gets mucus and sometimes blood..He was recently on a laxative drink he eventually goes to the bathroom and said he passed dark stools..He hasn't had much medical help they aren't listening to him.. He needs advice, he's prudish about talking about this problem to anyone hes lost confidence in doctors...

    This is true, I tried it
    But first after I wake up in the morning
    I drink 2glasses of warm water
    Then 1 probiotic delight
    Then this exercise and voila
    It was effective..
    You just have to make time for it.

    Amongst every single method ive tried from drinking water to laxatives and eating excessive fiber and protein nothing was working and its been almost 4 days. Within 5 minutes of this exercise o already was able to go. Thank you so much

I did those stretched a good 3 times to help everything flow. I now do it every now and then.

    This works. As someone who has just started working out consistently for three weeks now, I realized that it’s also important to teach your body to relax. These exercise really do work and help relax the muscles that are preventing your body from feeling the need to poop.
    I did this and about halfway through I finally could feel the need to poop 💩
    Nothing better than to poop before the day starts 😊

    Thanks Maam instant results achieved. Recommended for everyone who has constipation problems and are on the verge of going into depression.
    I started yesterday today had 2 best dump sessions of my life.
    Imagine waking up in the morning and not being stressed about the day ahead but being worried about having a good dump session.
    By just applying force inspite of nothing coming out is quite disturbing.
    Maam,s exercise have facilitated quick and smooth movement of bowels.

    I had surgery done yesterday. My pain killers really back me up… I’ve been keeping myself as hydrated as possible and I’ve been taking advantage of the treadmill since yesterday-going on little strolls and such as my mom suggests. Hopefully these will help me out as well! ☺️

      One medical website I've read cites a study that says 100g of prunes (which is more than ten of them) are necessary for relieving constipation, but other articles online say three or four a day. I'm confused 🤔

    Mom raised me to be mindful of my body and know my body the best. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac honestly, when I get any pain on my right side, my brain jumps to appendicitis, and I always forget my diet has sucked for years and I'm slowly getting it on track again, and that gas/being constipated is more likely.
    I just did your massage after I felt trapped gas lurch in my gut and i feel so much better. Reminded me to drink more water and take my probiotics.

    I went to the ER couple days ago cause i did not pass a stool for a week and was severely constipated and they administered an enema injection and worked almost immediately about 20 minutes after the injection. But I will definitely try these exercises greatly appreciated!

    this literally worked for me thank you so much after this excercise, i had the urge to go to the toilet after and i did i managed to push some out but not all of it but seriously thank you so much i've been constipated for the past 2 days and this honestly helped so much for me. i subscribed to you after this but thank you so much michelle this helped me so much and other people too!! bless you
