I'm not sure it cures it completely. All I can tell you is that I haven't had to take daily laxative drinks prescribed by the doctor, as mine is continuous. But this is working for me. I drink a pint of water straight before I do it, and as I do this about 8pm every night I go every morning now. I have also taken up doing beginners basic yoga before this routine. I do the yoga and after that drink the water and go straight into this routine. I do really recommend this constipation routine as it does work.

I didn’t even finish the video before I had to go. I got 9 mins in and said “it’s go time”. I wasn’t constipated for days but I needed to go at this moment and was having a really hard time. Whenever I'm on my period, I struggle with constipation before and during. I'd usually drink some Bigelow lemon ginger tea with probiotics and follow with these exercises. Works every time!! Thank you!
if anyone has bad cramps on their period, I use kombucha with turmeric in it and I haven’t had to take tylenol for cramps in months. the turmeric is anti-inflammitory and in a drink it works really quick, you can find it at health stores

This helped a lot. I didn't go straight after doing the exercise video. I repeated several poses, did lots of circular ab massages, squatted low, drank warm water, ate plum slices, and drank pear juice. I was able to go after 30 minutes. that's a win for me!
i was skeptical about this, i’ve tried another video to relief gas and constipation but it did nothing. Lately i decided to quit coffee because it’s no longer good for my heart, however it was to only thing that helped me “go”, ever since i stopped it, i’ve been constipated for days. I did this video yesterday, had 0 results, tonight as i was struggling with the discomfort of no movement i decided to do it again… it worked like MAGIC!!! such a relief! i’ll keep doing until my metabolism is no longer dependent on coffee.

I'm no stranger to massages for constipation but this is the best and only effective routine I've found. I've been constipated for almost a week. I did this routine last night while in bed. This morning I woke up and did it properly, on the floor. The mat pressing against the stomach felt particularly effective. Just now I did some of the breathing techniques whilw pressing tender areas of my stomach. And finally had to go! Thank you so much for this.
I have to say I came going in to day 4 of constipation. I was thinking no way this would work but I use yoga for anything that ails me. But I had success within an hour, I honestly can't believe it! Ty
This was wonderful. It defintely got things moving, and then I drank a glass of warm lemon water after and did a couple laps around the house. I then got some relief. Highly recommend for a faster approach to relief than waiting 8 or more hours for stool softener to work.
@@noname0224 Yes, men can also do these exercises for constipation relief. Everyone is different in the frequency so listening to your body is key. Some do them daily, some do them weekly, or some do when needed. There are also other factors to consider like nutrition, stress, sleep, and more.

Amazing video! I was struggling with bloating for a few days. I did some of these poses on my own. But it didn't work. I did it along with you today and it worked. I just realised that I was anxious and frustrated with this problem and I was rushing into the poses previously. Now I had nice relaxed breaths, noticed my body and tada! ❤️ thank you!

I have had a double mastectomy and hysterectomy and have lots of issues with scar tissue and abdominal adhesions... This causes lots of pain and Digestive issues. I would love to see something dealing with loosening the abdominal fascia and pelvic adhesions. Thanks for all that you do!

You are an absolute angel! 😇 Your video kade an instant difference in my constipation. I never noticed but throughout the years, I had involuntarily been holding my breath....not just when using the bathroom but in almost all situations. I would have high blood pressure readings for all checkups. I would get lightheaded when standing after 30 minutes of sitting. And I would spend more and more time in the bathroom waiting for/straining with bowel movements. Just last week, I was holding my breath and pushing hard. For 20 minutes. Hurting myself. Then I simply followed your advice and BREATHED. Blood pressure was high because my heart was pumping harder to compensate for the lack of oxygen. Dizziness was happening because of lack of oxygen as well. And constipation was happening because I wasn't breathing or relaxing during bowel movements. They should teach these things in grade school! I'll be your fan for life Ma'am ☺️

I'm no stranger to massages for constipation but this is the best and only effective routine I've found.
I've been constipated for almost a week. I did this routine last night while in bed. This morning I woke up and did it properly, on the floor. The mat pressing against the stomach felt particularly effective. Just now I did some of the breathing techniques whilw pressing tender areas of my stomach. And finally had to go! I have to say I came going in to day 4 of constipation. I was thinking no way this would work but I use yoga for anything that ails me. But I had success within an hour, I honestly can't believe it! Ty

This was wonderful. It defintely got things moving, and then I drank a glass of warm lemon water after and did a couple laps around the house. I then got some relief. Highly recommend for a faster approach to relief than waiting 8 or more hours for stool softener to work.

@@noname0224 Yes, men can also do these exercises for constipation relief. Everyone is different in the frequency so listening to your body is key. Some do them daily, some do them weekly, or some do when needed. There are also other factors to consider like nutrition, stress, sleep, and more.

Amazing video! I was struggling with bloating for a few days. I did some of these poses on my own. But it didn't work. I did it along with you today and it worked. I just realised that I was anxious and frustrated with this problem and I was rushing into the poses previously. Now I had nice relaxed breaths, noticed my body and tada! ❤️ thank you!

This is amazing, i never had constipation but this morning it went so hard that i was dipping blood every time i tried to pressure it. I drank 2 litres of water and a banana and waited for 1 hour. Really worth for this 15 min yoga exercise. It works for me so effective. Right after the 15 minutes I need to go rush to the restroom after have been constipated for the past 4 days. Earlier I have tried many other ways. They were not working for me.

I have had a double mastectomy and hysterectomy and have lots of issues with scar tissue and abdominal adhesions... This causes lots of pain and Digestive issues. I would love to see something dealing with loosening the abdominal fascia and pelvic adhesions. Thanks for all that you do!

I never noticed but throughout the years, I had involuntarily been holding my breath....not just when using the bathroom but in almost all situations.
I would have high blood pressure readings for all checkups. I would get lightheaded when standing after 30 minutes of sitting. And I would spend more and more time in the bathroom waiting for/straining with bowel movements.
Just last week, I was holding my breath and pushing hard. For 20 minutes. Hurting myself.
Then I simply followed your advice and BREATHED. Blood pressure was high because my heart was pumping harder to compensate for the lack of oxygen. Dizziness was happening because of lack of oxygen as well. And constipation was happening because I wasn't breathing or relaxing during bowel movements.
They should teach these things in grade school! I'll be your fan for life Ma'am ☺️

I know this an old video but i been searching for something that can help with my constipation problem. And i came across this video and i followed every step. It really help😭 i been trying all kind of stuff before this video for like 5 days. Nothing help. I even have to take painkiller medicine to reduce the stomach cramp due to constipation.
