I have decided to try anything it takes to be able to have a bowl movement im in a bind I have to get some relief from this its hard for me to do my day-to-day work and live a normal life Noone understands how miserable I am unless they've been in the same way as I have,and I don't want to be depending on medications for the rest of my life I want to be able to have a normal and healthy lifestyle 🙃

I didn’t even finish the video before I had to go. I got 9 mins in and said “it’s go time”. I wasn’t constipated for days but I needed to go at this moment and was having a really hard time. After straining for almost an hour, I gave up and started looking up solutions. I needed something immediate and didn’t have access to any over the counter products. As a daily yoga practitioner, I realized that maybe I could find a yoga video to help. This was the first video and THANK GOD. Literally 9 mins in. I’m typing this from the toilet. I have been struggling with constant constipation for 2 years, and it even put me in hospital until the Drs discovered that I have a long loopy bowel. This is the first time I have been able to go without having to take laxative powders in water every day. I only discovered that yoga was possible for this due to looking for my insomnia. You are an absolute angel, I can now use a natural method rather than medication. Thank you so much.

I'm not sure it cures it completely. All I can tell you is that I haven't had to take daily laxative drinks prescribed by the doctor, as mine is continuous. But this is working for me. I drink a pint of water straight before I do it, and as I do this about 8pm every night I go every morning now. I have also taken up doing beginners basic yoga before this routine. I do the yoga and after that drink the water and go straight into this routine. I do really recommend this constipation routine as it does work.

i was totally doubting this… BUT IT WORKED!! i did it 3 times in a row (total of 39 minutes) had to use the bathroom right after!! i had having buildup for 4 days and nothing worked but this!! I say it’s worth the try!! thanks dr melissa!! ❤❤❤ i think 11:16 helped the most! 😊

I have IBS and this miraculously gave me relief. The thing that really helped me was the stomach massages. I had seen that technique before online however you shined light on using multiple circular motions along your abdomen. Thank you!

This helped a lot. I didn't go straight after doing the exercise video. I repeated several poses, did lots of circular ab massages, squatted low, drank warm water, ate plum slices, and drank pear juice. I was able to go after 30 minutes. that's a win for me!

Whenever I'm on my period, I struggle with constipation before and during. I'd usually drink some Bigelow lemon ginger tea with probiotics and follow with these exercises. Works every time!! Thank you!

if anyone has bad cramps on their period, I use kombucha with turmeric in it and I haven’t had to take tylenol for cramps in months. the turmeric is anti-inflammitory and in a drink it works really quick, you can find it at health stores

Omg this is amazing! I am on holiday and had really bad constipation for two days and have been really bad on and off for like a month. I was getting worried because laxatives etc wasnt working! i was skeptical about this, i’ve tried another video to relief gas and constipation but it did nothing. Lately i decided to quit coffee because it’s no longer good for my heart, however it was to only thing that helped me “go”, ever since i stopped it, i’ve been constipated for days. I did this video yesterday, had 0 results, tonight as i was struggling with the discomfort of no movement i decided to do it again… it worked like MAGIC!!! such a relief! i’ll keep doing until my metabolism is no longer dependent on coffee.

Amazing video! I was struggling with bloating for a few days. I did some of these poses on my own. But it didn't work. I did it along with you today and it worked. I just realised that I was anxious and frustrated with this problem and I was rushing into the poses previously. Now I had nice relaxed breaths, noticed my body and tada! ❤️ thank you!

You are an absolute angel! 😇 Your video kade an instant difference in my constipation.
I never noticed but throughout the years, I had involuntarily been holding my breath....not just when using the bathroom but in almost all situations.
I would have high blood pressure readings for all checkups. I would get lightheaded when standing after 30 minutes of sitting. And I would spend more and more time in the bathroom waiting for/straining with bowel movements.
Just last week, I was holding my breath and pushing hard. For 20 minutes. Hurting myself.
Then I simply followed your advice and BREATHED. Blood pressure was high because my heart was pumping harder to compensate for the lack of oxygen. Dizziness was happening because of lack of oxygen as well. And constipation was happening because I wasn't breathing or relaxing during bowel movements.
They should teach these things in grade school! I'll be your fan for life Ma'am ☺️

This was wonderful. It defintely got things moving, and then I drank a glass of warm lemon water after and did a couple laps around the house. I then got some relief. Highly recommend for a faster approach to relief than waiting 8 or more hours for stool softener to work.

I have had a double mastectomy and hysterectomy and have lots of issues with scar tissue and abdominal adhesions... This causes lots of pain and Digestive issues. I would love to see something dealing with loosening the abdominal fascia and pelvic adhesions. Thanks for all that you do!

Ive struggled with constipation since I was little and have been hospitalized for it before too. Recently it's been really bad and I kid you not, I tried this and repeated it 2 times in a row, and I was able to go after! I don't think that means I'm free yet, but I will definitely keep using this until I am!

This is amazing, i never had constipation but this morning it went so hard that i was dipping blood every time i tried to pressure it. I drank 2 litres of water and a banana and waited for 1 hour. I was waiting for a instant relief and i found this video. I did those yoga step my step for 40 minutes and it worked like magic. Thank you so much sweetheart!

This is great for gas and bloating. I have diverticulitis and struggle with gas and bloating almost daily. this is an easy quick video to throw on and be passing gas by the end of it. Instant relief. thanks so much!

Really worth for this 15 min yoga exercise. It works for me so effective. Right after the 15 minutes I need to go rush to the restroom after have been constipated for the past 4 days. Earlier I have tried many other ways. They were not working for me.

Follow my advice for 100% cure
1. Poop in a squatting position like the Asians
2. Don't be awake till late night , disturbed sleep causes constipation
3. Never do overeating or fasting both causes constipation
4. Always sleep facing the left side, do it & see the difference
5. Never strain while pooping , straining damages the gut instead walk for some time to develop natural pressure.
6. Reduce caffeine intake , caffeine doesn't help in constipation in any way.
7. Avoid medication for constipation. It's not a disease but rather a lifestyle problem
8. Don't live a sedentary life and don't let the constipation get into your head ,keep yourself busy with work .
9. Trust the process.
