These days you can get kiwi fruit and dried or fresh figs in India. I have seen them in the winter time in Punjab Kiwi fruit has brown skin you cut it in half and scoop out and eat the green flesh. You can also get golden kiwis these days

Cristina if you have colitis, these fruits will have too much fiber for you. I have diverticulitis ( been a vegetarian all my life, genetics not good). I use fruit with less fiber. Sometimes, I have to let my intestines rest and just do liquids. His yoga exercises for constipation are very good. I use aloe vera juice and Mexican Avocado leaf tea is very good for colon inflammation. I find it dry at Mexican grocery store. Has to been from a species of a Mexican Avocado, one of the three families of avocado.

Should a second tbsp of castor oil be taken also on an empty stomach? Like take the first one at 6AM and the second at 9AM and then eat? Thank you.
