Thank you - and these kitties are the just fabulous when it comes to yoga time - and for the first time, everyone can see the difference between Lucy and PJ!
Thank you Donna! Yes, he was very quiet and I was surprised. I think he was afraid if he talked too much Lucy might get mad (because she will) so he was very, very quiet and well behaved : )
@@YogaRangerStudio awww so adorable! I have to admit I’ve become a bit enamored by PJ- mainly because he reminds me so much of my late tuxedo boy Hank, and he just pulls at my heart strings every time I see him in a video. I was doing your myofascial release foot rolling videos on a regular basis over the summer and Pj was the highlight for sure! Of course Lucy is just such an angel as well! Give them lots of pets for me! ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for this wonderful practice. Definitely a class I will be returning to. I had such a nice emotional release in the pose before Shavasana, do you know what meridians and chakras the spinal twist w/ legs facing right and legs facing left correspond to?
Thank you so much for your kind words and for joining me! The last twist works with all of the chakras and the following meridians: kidney, liver, gallbladder, stomach (thighs, inner leg, outer leg) heart, lung, pericardium (inner arm, chest). Twists are super powered poses! So glad you enjoyed it.
I have a very high arch naturally. I haven't really noticed it affects my yoga practice much but I have spent most of my life being barefoot whenever possible and many foot doctors will say that's healthier. Flat feet or arched feet affect more of your daily movement and how that is distributed throughout your body without pain.
@@YogaRangerStudio oh ok I been trying to get my heels to stay down in certain poses and they won’t and even noticed when I train lately I squat w my heels starting up til I get in motion. Don’t know if that’s bc of my own arch or maybe ankle mobility
@TNYC_728 this isn't an arch issue but an ankle bone question. Some people have less ankle mobility due to lifestyle and some because of bones that are a certain way. Bones may make deep bends such as in squatting or down dog impossible to bring heels to the floor due to bone compression where bone meets bone on your ankle and there's no space to go further. If there's no room to fold deeper in your ankle, you can place a towel or blanket under your heels for support in some poses. Heels don't have to come to the floor for some of us with this unique ankle.
Love the cats! Thank you for a nice Yin sesh. 👍🏽

Would u say u have more arched or flat feet ? How does this affect yoga
