I agree! I love it when I am able to hold my poses in silence during yin yoga! I like music, but I can´t concentrate with constant chatter and this is one of the reasons that I love Aprille´s classes.
I want to thank you, Aprille, from the bottom of my heart for everything you are sharing with us, all over the world. I've done this meditation/yoga almost every day for the last couple of weeks and it has helped me so much. Here in Nepal the weather is pretty much the same every day during the winter, cold nights and sunny days. I treat my self with this exercise late in the morning, out on the balcony, to let the sun warm up my body and mind.

I mentioned this to one of my local studio clients and she said well yes - as soon as I get here and you start talking to me, I get way more relaxed. Thank you - that is such a compliment that I can provide a soft space to be.

Winged scapula can have a lot of different causes and I would suggest reaching out to a yoga therapist near you for specific poses and movements that would help you work with your specific situation. I love your poetry endings♥️. Was that Danna Faulds poem in her “Go In and In” collection? Looking to purchase 1 of her poetry books, yet she has so many.
There are a lot of variations for Dragon and propping options. I have a tutorial ua-cam.com/video/dORaVNAvINg/v-deo.html that might help. It might be you are going a bit too deep into the pose and you might try using some more propping or backing out a bit. You can also bring the back knee in closer to take some of the depth out. @@YogaRangerStudio Thank you for your help, Aprille...I tried bending my knee under my torso, almost like ‘the pigeon’ which allowed my sacrum some support before I moved my other leg out to the side. I injured the sacrum a few years ago and it needs tic. Thank you!
