Yup. When I studied abroad in Italy the difference between olive oil there and here in the US was VASTLY different! Noticed that the first night at dinner. I knew that video about Lemmy would ruffle some feathers. Haha! It was a funny video. With that said, outside of music, Lemmy was very knowledgeable when it came to history (he was an avid reader), something I myself have put MANY years of study in (both on my own and academically) and extremely passionate about. So, I definitely respect Lemmy for that too.

@@sinisterking6009 I mean I don't personally consider them even metal, they have a few songs that are metal, but I just think they're unique sounding, and my main thing is prog, and their prog also kinda unique, same with Opeth, but I know that this type of music is not for the dawg or even most of the watchers of this channel... Though I've found some people here who are also into the similar music like me, and I love both that music and the extreme metal.

other way around, saturated fat is good and polyunsaturated fats are bad even without the details of science you can tell this intiutiviely by the fact that all the good lindy things, milk,coconut oil, healthy animals etc are higher in sat fat and lower in pufa. animals that are fed crap like chickens and farmed salmon tend on the other hand to be higher in pufa, there is also an obvious historical correlation considering people used to eat higher calories but were less fat and thats in part to increase in usage of seed oils intead of saturated fat.

I like the flavor of coconut oil. Frying eggs in coconut oil tastes really good. I keep avacado oil for oiling cast iron and carbon steel pans but other than using those 2 i use butter majority of the time.
@@icankillbugs hey man. I have a jar of virgin coconut oil that I use on occasion but for me it's mostly butter when I cook although I'd like to pick up a container of wagyu tallow. I know I'm in the minority here but I actually drink a lot of raw eggs just because I leave to work at either 3am or 4am depending on the day it's convenient.
I usually use peanut oil. In case you happen to give af. 😅 I won't mention the occasional bacon grease... oops.
@@icankillbugs yeah, it delicious to use. My Father used to make heat attack eggs. Basically just fried eggs in bacon grease. I try not to do it too often, but it's good.
I do bacon fat or butter for some things too, but mostly avocado oil for roasting, grilling or sautéing. Got a jar of duck fat for occasional use too. That reverse seared tenderloin sound killer 🤤
