Since I have bilateral wrist/hand inflammation from LC, your light weight arm workouts has been saving me from having flabby arms. I enjoy the 10-20 minute arms workouts bc it’s short enough for me to do if I do t have much time, but I can do it twice if I can spare the time. Thanks so much for these high quality workouts. Appreciate it.
i did 2 minutes of this workout and i was like ok i dont rly feel anything...i woke up the next day & my arms were sore for 2 freakin days!! I LOVED it, one of the few workouts that i did where i can actually feel the burn & feel like im accomplishing something ty ty ty for this workout
Was able to do 20 pushups when I was 11 at 12 only 10 and at 13 years until yesterday I could do barely half a push up, not even a full one, today after doing your workout I could somehow do 2 thank you so much❤
For someone who can't do push-ups this video is extremely helpful ♥️

Triceps are my biggest problem right now. This was perfect. Isolated triceps with a short but effective burn.

Take the opportunity to stay grounded, remove your mat and let your feet touch the sand. It's called earthing/Grounding. ❤
