Tried a lot of ab workouts and this one is my favorite! No planks, no jumps, big boob friendly :)). Burns your core like hell but doesnt leave you breathless. Most of the time I dont even realize that I made it to the end!! Definitely recommend.
This is a great workout. I like that there’s enough time between sets to really get proper form ready for the next move. And that each exercise is done for a longer period. Some an workouts I’ve found switch between moves so quick you don’t get a change to get good form and get a good burn before your rushing to the next move. So thankyou!

I think you should be really proud of your workout because it is the only one that... 1. Targets the LOWER abs 2. lets you breath throughout the workout (I also like that you added rests) 3. Has new and interesting movements 4. Is ... fun? ^^ So I think you did an amazing job with this workout and I really want to thank you

Great workout, really! Thank you soooo much! If I may, I just wish you gave more reminders about caring for the neck, lower back and etc., I tend to concentrate too much on the abs and forget the rest :S

You killed me! 🤪. I need to this more often..I always had low belly fat, even when really skinny! Now I am 52 and 150 lbs 5' 6". I love your routines because I can actually follow them. They are controled and i feel safe specially with dumbells so thanks so much for taking in considerations we mortals are not exercise gurus. You actually motivate me to do exercises! How much should I should do this routine to strenghen my abs and my lower back (since I have erniated disk).?

love this so much!! Recently sprained my ankle and this workout is injury friendly for me. I have a lot of trouble with the L switches though or any type of leg lifts if anyone has any tips - have a lot of tightness/pain in my hips and quads. not sure what mobility exercises I should focus on to help this
I am a little late here but I really like butterfly pose and a few other yoga yin hip openers for hips. I have the same issue. I think yoga with Adrienne, Sarah Beth yoga and yoga with kassandra on UA-cam should all have hip opener type videos if you search for them. Hope that helps !

There is no solution to tell you how long it will take. It's up to you, your diet and your workout routine. And how consistent you are with your eating and exercising that determines when you will lose that weight. I would think you could lose 50 pounds at least in 6 months. Maybe sooner, if you're doing everything consistently.
The exercise at 3:13 makes my hips pop due to a previous injury. How can I make them stop doing that? Any type of move like this or flutter kicks absolutely kill me in that area 😭.
