- A 10 minute PILATES ARM WORKOUT on the beach that will tone and tighten your arm muscles. You'll work your shoulders, triceps and biceps too with high reps and light weights! We'll be standing for the whole workout, so for those of you who hate pushups, you're in luck! All you need is a set of light dumbbells and a mat. If you don't have dumbbells at home, you can either go without or use two full water bottles. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

My Goodness what terrific workouts.. I love the way there are no repeats it’s a total flow of energy for the body I like to mix a few workouts together, legs, arms , abs .. Mik is so knowledgeable and always emphasise the importance of keeping good form throughout, core, shoulders
down. long neck , slow and controlled, I look forward to working out ❤

Jeez. This was a difficult workout. I wouldn't say I'm a fitness junkie but I do 20 min exercises each week including lifting weights. And let me tell you, this was only 3LB but it was difficult to finish most of the sets.
This is one of my go to workouts to add on to the end of another work out. Always love all of your workouts out

I just did this video and my arms a little shaky which is what I want. I really like the speed of the videos and the exercises. Ive done a lot of diff exercises in my lifetime-classes, solo at gym etc. I LOVE fitbymik. I just subscribed and can't wait to try all her videos. SUBSCRIBE!!! That was crazy hard! But then I realized I was doing it with 7.5 lb weights:)
A deceiving workout with the light weights but intense. Just shows how much can be done in only 10mins!

So I've been really enjoying your Barre arms workouts but you seem to hyper focus on shoulders? That seems to be the one muscle group you are constantly talking about being worked. I'm wondering if these are the right workouts for me if I'm looking for all over toning in my arms? I've struggled with toning my arms for years, but I have very muscular traps that I'm hoping I can avoid getting any bigger lol
Hey Caity! Try some of my newer standing arm workouts and upper body routines. I use a slightly heavier set of dumbbells and work every muscle group evenly 😊
