This is my workout channel now, I feel I get a more complete workout in a shorter time than I'm used to and there are so many good ones to vary. Love it.

Love all the arm workouts with her. I have tried the 10 minute, 12 minute, 18 minute and 20 minute ones. They are effective and I appreciate the simplicity of the instructions. There isn't a lot of unnecessary chatter to deter you from the workout.

Great workout! I did this 12 min workout following cardio and it the not only the perfect amount of time, but also the perfect combination of upper body exercises!
I just found you too and I am so happy! I have a shoulder injury and a herniated disk in my back so my dads of jump squats and push ups are over. The exercises that you do will be perfect as I transition from my spartan training days to more concentrated lighter weight workouts. Thank you so much!

I love it! My arms hurt every day! I did it every day for over a week and i already see results! not big but always something! especially because i'm a little overweight😅 the last exercise is really tough but i stick to it and i'm much happier
I like these quick ones from a standpoint of if you dont have tons of time but only can manage a 15 min workout for squeezing in. Thank you ....really loving your workouts! :)

Mik I love you the workouts are fulfilling and don't kill you. I believe in hard work but for me some of these workouts hurt and I didn't know if I wasn't doing the exercises right but I stumbled on you one day and am in love with your workout they fit my body. Love love love ty💯💯💖💖
