    Hi, I am a 60 year old female living in the UK and I have just found your channel. I loved the arm workout and have subscribed.
    My interests are strength, flexibility and toning. I have recently started a weight loss program and it is actually working for the very first time in my life.

    just enough weights for a 75 yr old women. You make it easy. Not new to weight training, however, this is just perfect for me. you are amazing!

    Loved this workout! I haven't had much time to myself lately, especially watching my 2 year old Grandson 2 days a week, and renovations in the home. I also loved that is wasn't repetitive. Thank you

    I have started doing your 5 and ten minute workouts I started with 3lb up to 5lb. 5 minutes to 12 minutes and plan on working my way up. You're such a good teacher so glad I found you thank you!

      @@dianechavez194 muscles need a rest day so you can do this workout 3x per week and the other days you can do another part of the body such as legs or abs!

    Love all the arm workouts with her. I have tried the 10 minute, 12 minute, 18 minute and 20 minute ones. They are effective and I appreciate the simplicity of the instructions. There isn't a lot of unnecessary chatter to deter you from the workout.

    This is perfect! I sleep on my side and often my arms fall asleep at night and shoulders ache but when I do these exercises regularly this doesn't happen. This is also a perfect little routine to do while traveling, thank you!

    I just found you too and I am so happy! I have a shoulder injury and a herniated disk in my back so my dads of jump squats and push ups are over.     I love it! My arms hurt every day! I did it every day for over a week and i already see results! not big but always something! especially because i'm a little overweight😅 the last exercise is really tough but i stick to it and i'm much happier

    Mik I love you the workouts are fulfilling and don't kill you. I believe in hard work but for me some of these workouts hurt and I didn't know if I wasn't doing the exercises right but I stumbled on you one day and am in love with your workout they fit my body. Love love love ty💯💯💖💖
