How many times a week?
I love it! My arms hurt every day! I did it every day for over a week and i already see results! not big but always something! especially because i'm a little overweight😅 the last exercise is really tough but i stick to it and i'm much happier

@@dianechavez194 muscles need a rest day so you can do this workout 3x per week and the other days you can do another part of the body such as legs or abs!

Hi ! I am a guy but recently found your channel and started training! I could only manage this training with 1 lb (0.45 kg) dumbbells and stopped after like the 6 minute mark as my arms just gave up😔
Hope you've kept at it! I found her videos a couple months ago, and I can already feel a difference. I started with 5lb. dumbbells because that's the lightest my gym had and can use 10lb. now!

just enough weights for a 75 yr old women. You make it easy. Not new to weight training, however, this is just perfect for me. you are amazing!

Love all the arm workouts with her. I have tried the 10 minute, 12 minute, 18 minute and 20 minute ones. They are effective and I appreciate the simplicity of the instructions. There isn't a lot of unnecessary chatter to deter you from the workout.

I have started doing your 5 and ten minute workouts I started with 3lb up to 5lb. 5 minutes to 12 minutes and plan on working my way up. You're such a good teacher so glad I found you thank you!

Mik I love you the workouts are fulfilling and don't kill you. I believe in hard work but for me some of these workouts hurt and I didn't know if I wasn't doing the exercises right but I stumbled on you one day and am in love with your workout they fit my body. Love love love ty💯💯💖💖
