I haven't worked out in 4+ years. My goal this year has been to feel great in my body, which for me includes exercise/movement. Your channel's low impact videos allow me to complete a full workout without having to stop and take a bunch of breaks (I have back/joint issues and high impact stuff just doesn't work for me right now). I do 15 minutes twice a day (for now) and I've been feeling awesome. Thank you so much for the effort you put into these-it really is making a difference for people like me.
I love cardio-aerobic hitt no jumping routines. Please do more full body no noise routines. They are ideal to make them in apartments and not disturb the neighbors. We'd love for you to do a long 40-minute aerobics routine. It would be great to have your whole body moving and burning a lot of calories. Thank you for your work.
I never comment on videos , but every time I do your videos it's fun and the music is great . I never thought working out can be nice and boost your self-esteem. Not only did I do this video after a 30 minute cardio workout I also do your 15 minute standing abs with dumbbells. When I first started this journey I could barely do 15 minutes of cardio now I'm doing an hour of workouts. So far I have lost 15 lbs and I'm getting to my goal weight. Thank you for sharing your videos.

Absolutely fantastic workout! I'm recovering from a long, chronic illness (CIRS) and this year I'm really striving to build up my endurance and stamina. First time doing this video and I managed a full 6.5 minutes, so I'm really proud of that. Fun and adaptable, I'm definitely adding this one into my workout rotation.

Thanks for your videos! I’m 64 yrs old and been doing aerobics for 40 yrs. As I’ve gotten older I do more low impact and not 40 minutes as before. I love your 20 min workouts, just right to get me going without paying big time for a long hard workout. A 20 minute workout and 10 minute arm routine is excellent for me. Thanks again!

I started getting back into shape today - with this workout! I have scoliosis, so I need low impact exercises. This was definitely a strong work-out, I was puffing and had to go back to walking on the spot a few times, but I finished it, and it was still less strenuous than walking around the neighbourhood! So thank you, and I look forward to doing it again tomorrow! 💪💪

Great workout! I wanted something a little lower impact than usual because I'm sick, but I was pleasantly surprised by how versatile this is. I can easily up the ante by adding squats, jumps, or higher knees to some of the easier exercises, but it's still a nice little challenge when I'm sore or feeling under the weather. LOVE the addition of arms, because a lot of these types of workouts seem to skip the arms.
Another great workout video! Love the no jumping and no squats since I have bad knees. Please do more videos like this and I also love the standing arms and abs videos! Love that they are 20 mins or less. I hope you continue making more! Your videos have helped me to start exercising on a daily basis. Thank you!!

Thanks. Thats the first time ive done aerobics since high school. I'm 45 years old and have always been quite physically active anyway. But lately been needing more exercise. Think I did okay. A bit stiff n slightly struggling after a couple of minutes, but quickly regained my energy and it was just a perfect length to break myself in I think. Felt so good afterwards and great to get the muscles busy again I'm gonna do it again tomorrow and the next day. Thanks 💜💜💜

This was so much fun. I'm slowly coming out of a depression funk and wanted a workout that was fun to get my body moving. I appreciate the positive energy. It was just enough intensity. the second half I found a spark of motivation so I added 1 pound hand weights. This was energy boost and a good sweat. I'm feeling clear headed and happy for the day.

Very good and perfect for me. I'm 49 and 15 min is about how long I want to exercise and I don't like to jump. It was a good workout, I felt the burn at times and it got my heart rate up. I enjoyed the 30 second interval so I'm able to keep up with the movements. I think I would like their to be one extra minute of cool down but I can do that on my own.

Hi, I just wanted to say huge thanks for this video. I was previously strength training at the gym 3x per week but I recently got a 9-5 full time job and motivation for gyms been of low priority in recent weeks. I find this workout fantastic after sitting all day in an office, just moving around and getting the heart rate up that lil bit and allowing the body to properly digest food thats been sitting in my stomach since lunch has helped so much. Hi, I just wanted to say huge thanks for this video. I was previously strength training at the gym 3x per week but I recently got a 9-5 full time job and motivation for gyms been of low priority in recent weeks. I find this workout fantastic after sitting all day in an office, just moving around and getting the heart rate up that lil bit and allowing the body to properly digest food thats been sitting in my stomach since lunch has helped so much. Thankyou XD
