Love what you said! I believe inner exploration is so beautiful and when we go deep within ourselves we can begin to heal and see those parts of us that are unknown.

This information was lovely to hear. I am living through what you outlined and am now working with a combination of Eastern and Western approaches. Your use of the word "hollow" is exactly how I feel now when I consider searching for further Western categorization of what I'm experiencing.

Thank you for viewing. Glad to hear this video is helpful. There are transformational "markers" we experience in coming home to our essence of wellbeing (words I use in this video). Sounds as if linear models/climbing up the ladder has become tiring! Perhaps the word "effortless" now resonates? Massive respect for you and your journey.

I have actually experienced it all just as you outline here. I read everything and listened to everything. I learned so much intellectually and that had value but I got stuck for so long till I discovered mindfulness. And the irony is, I'm from India!!! I'm free from C-Ptsd related depression but I want my health and energy back.

Well according to Jim Morrison the west is the best! Get here and we’ll do the rest ❤️❤️❤️❤️ This is actually a great video!

Oh my goodness. So succinct! We know how it ended for Jim. Much art points toward a longing/yearning for resolution.
Other artistic expression elicits beauty as gateway to Truth. What moves through each artist? Creativity in purest form will not be captured or trademarked...
      Thanks for viewing and sharing.

@@HubfortheHeart I think beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Jim was a beautiful and misunderstood soul! He lived in a different era as well, they had different belief systems and definitely not enough information as we have now. They had no computers or UA-cam. Back then I’m not even sure if the word toxic was around. I am a writer and I see what your saying! Writing is also a great outlet for release! To release your emotions and to help others! Honestly in life I’ve learned is there a right way or wrong way or a better way of doing things? It all depends upon the person! Actually both eastern and western methods seem helpful!

Wonderful you are a writer. Varied approaches certainly have merit and value. And, eventually, inevitably, all points toward consciousness. Suffering, love, questions all point; each thought seeks resolution. Eventually, even a much beloved method dissolves so healing comes full circle. That which is "beyond knowledge," meaning beyond the intellectual domain, for the mind cannot grasp/categorize consciousness, the ultimate healing field. Much warmth and massive respect to all here.....
