In some form
Thats what was said in NaziGermany and many of those people were executed for war crimes against the people !!!
That line was used a lot, albeit in German, between 1941-1945
Sean....you nailed it....the officer who came out to speak with you was Officer Kevin Wusterhoff, who was involved in an apparent cover up in 2022 of an accident involving Officer Dan Mascerella, which resulted in a child hospitalized. It was suspected that Officer Mascerella may have been driving under the influence and Officer Wusterhoff failed to test this assertion. Officer Wusterhoff was removed from field duty. As you said, Sean, "There's a reason you're not in the field."
Curiously, Officer Kevin Wusterhoff is a legacy Officer, his father, Dennis Wusterhoff, was a Suffolk County detective, killed by an exposive device under his car when Kevin was 12. This murder has never been solved.

Not obeying the law would explain why the scrawny cop is agressive and sure looks like someone abusing Adderall or m3th .
Not useless. Courts need you to show cause. This is showing cause. The more evident the nature of the denial of Public Services according to the Law, the better the cause shown.

Law enforcement officers ignoring the LAW, the irony
Qualified Immunity = Ignorance is Bliss

I don’t do law books right now? What a pos of a police officer to admit on camera that he cannot be bothered knowing the law he is paid to enforce and follow. He makes zero effort to find out the correct and lawful way to do his job. That is laziness and incompetence
End qualified immunity.

I’m pretty sure what he meant was he isn’t in officer training where they are required to learn law numbers like “12.456.1”
@jasons5915 It isn't the law numbers. It is the law behind the numbers this cop can't be bothered with.

Law enforcement explaining why they don't have to follow the laws.... Amazing.
Ignorance of the law has no limits
but not for us 'regular folks'.. for us, ignorance of the law is handcuffs and metal cages.
Heyyy! That’s only for us peasants…
It's also not a legal defense for a citizen who breaks the law in a court at all. Seriously a court won't even entertain It, or hear it, as a defense in a trial. It shouldn't be any excuse at all then, when blue line gang members break the law either.

Not necessarily. Prosecutors and judges need to charge and convict them first. But they're all friends. So that's not going to happen.
With a valid "Reservation of Rights", you can sue the police officer(s) as "Individuals". This means that the officer(s) being brought up on charges can not hide behind the DA. They are being charged and/or sued personally. The officer(s) will have to pay for their own lawyer, court costs, fines and fees, not the Citizens.

It has always been this way, but now the masses are seeing it. The more exposure, the worse they look in the court of public opinion.
They have become brazen about it. All power and dominance is based upon two overriding principles - Who is going to make me do it; and/or Who is going to stop me from doing it. (BTW, they don't care at all about how they "look".)
Asking someone “why are you shaking?” Is a total intimidation tactic
Long island audit has used the exact phrase several times LOL though I do agree with you 💯 and Sean doing it after being attacked berated and threatened
Maybe he was concerned why a man with shaking hands would want to own, and hold, a loaded gun?🤣😂
Asking for permission to own a firearm seems like a 2A infringement to me.
Especially when you look up the questionnaire. They want all your personal information and a list of all your firearms. History is full of examples of these lists being used to disarm people unlawfully.
Call the number it tells you to go to a website. Go to the website it tells you to call the number. Government at its best.

I don't follow the law; I follow what I'm told by my command" Best Quote ever said by a Police officer!
And let's not forget the other certain people in uniform over in Germany that said the same thing when asked
There’s a T-Shirt quote, right there!! 💯
It’s the “I, Robot” syndrome
@@gregdowd939 IMO, America continues to succumb to that same mindset that gives rise to an authoritarian state.

Outstanding copsplaining....now let's follow the law..
The arrogance of that cop is off the wall , he needs some time giving parking tickets
he needs some time off with NO Pay not be able to use vacation time either.
Dude's like 50, with no rank, forced into desk duty.. odds are they already tried the parking ticket gig and he couldn't even hack that, that's why he's a terminal desk jockey.
If he's like this behind a desk imagine how bad he'd be as a meter maid, he'd be slapping tickets on every vehicle he came across.
Look at his comport. He's pissed off 700% of all the time.
Picking up God poo would be a just position.
In any other profession they would be fired on the spot for refusing to do their jobs. Their such pos
Or for cussing at a citizen randomly and without provocation.
@toadranger50 "Wah wah wah, someone cussed at me, and my little feelings are hurt." You 📷 👅 are all crybabies that can't handle when others use their 1a. Hurry and go file those complaints Karen
Famous last words, I was just doing as I was told. That man should not have a gun on his hip, just wow!
Great work guys, thank you for pushing for the law to be followed and rights to be respected
This shouldn’t be this hard, yet it is… so sad
People shouldn’t be working with the public. They can’t even be nice. What a joke and we pay their salary very limited.
Guy in the red looks just as scary as Sgt Fahey!! Scary there are two of them out there.
Gotta be related.
A cop with no authority to follow the law. - Frightening.
Sue them until they comply.
The only auditor actually making changes and not just recording for views . You always follow through and these tyrants know it . Impressive , bro !
Phillip Turner keeps them at bay also.
Jeff gray
+1 for Jeff. GOD BLESS THE HOMELESS VETERANS
Jeff Gray!
I know! So many auditors out there that say “I will sue them” AKA Bay Fam and NEVER follow through.
It keeps him safe to follow orders, not laws! That’s the first time I’ve heard a cop admit that. 🤬
He says to take it to the state. As long as you can demonstrate in court that you first exhausted all avenues through the resources available to you by having worked your way up the chain of command, then the court will have no issue with applying the full extent of their legal powers on Suffolk County to adjust their policies in adherence to the relevant NY state statute and awarding him financially from the County's treasury for damages in having his 2nd Amendment Constitutional Right violated.
New York State as laws and applications that this police department must abide by. This looks like they are undermining New York State law. Sean, thank you for helping this gentleman to expose this unlawful process. Have a great day y’all.
Some laws are more important than others, a clerical paperwork application difference isn't one of those.
Looks like denial of service
Actually impediment to service. You can go on-line, you can call this office, you can take if up with another agency, etc. Let's play 'pass the buck'.
I love the videos where you're helping someone protect their freedoms! You know his courage meter had to have broke knowing he has the power of LIA, aka We The People!! 🇺🇸🦅
The cop had to swallow the jagged "There's a reason why you are behind a desk" pill...🤣
The cop so badly wanted to try to defend himself, but he had nothing!!
This one is going to go viral
Without a gun and a badge, they are all cowards..

Requiring a license to own a firearm is tyranny.
Don’t need one in the free state of Florida
Keep that same energy when voter IDs are mandatory.
Do the right thing as Millions of us, an NOT ask permission
That is idiotic, and you should feel dumb. "A WELL-REGULATED...." why do you people just absolutely ignore that part?
@@BRC332 Pffft, try open carrying a firearm (outside of fishing, hunting, camping) and see how free your state is. Constitutional carry is the supreme law of the land and should be enforced nationwide!!!
They had multiple people there at the windows all at once until they realized that the video camera was on 😂
GIVE A WANNA BE GANGSTER A HALLOWEEN COSTUME AND A TIN BADGE AND THEY TURN INTO A TYRANT!
AND HERE IS ANOTHER THING, COPS GO THROUGH A 3 TO 6 MONTHS OF TRAINING (DEPENDING ON DEPT.),
AND 0-HOURS OF LAW SCHOOL, SO HOW CAN THEY ENFORCE SOMETHING THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT?
So if they can ignore the laws whenever they want, why can't we ignore the laws whenever we want!
THESE MAN MADE UP LAWS WERE WRITTEN BY MAN NOT GOD ALMIGHTY HIMSELF PERIOD. THESE LAWS IS MADE FOR THE LAWLESS NOT THE RIGHTEOUS MAN. IN HOLINESS WE FIGHT THE UNRIGHTEOUSNESS WITH GOD ALMIGHTY HOLY SCRIPTURES. WE OBEY LAW OF MAGISTRATE AS LONG AS IT DON'T CONTRIDICTS THE LAWS OF GOD.

Making up their own laws. He doesn’t want to listen to you.
On a side note.....i could listen to your voice for hours..
Such a calm and deep male voice...whew.
LOVED, "Your behind the desk for a reason, lets face it "
Domestic terrorists follow orders, cops are to follow law. They are completely unhinged from the purpose of the job to begin with, Orders have zero to do with enforcement of laws, no orders should be required to enforce what they should already know, LAW.
That officer basically admitted that they don't follow the law if instructed and they are politicized by following non lawful orders.
I called the police department go hung up on several times, Allison was rude as hell, finally the Mayor called me back when I called her office and was very helpful and was aware of officer Kruger (spell) ID number 5815 behavior, and will address his attitude. Long story short, the only person that was helpful was the mayor, she was great and is willing to address the behavior of the servants. Thank you Sean for posting, we have your back.
I love how police departments pretend that THEIR paperwork is what is required, not what the law says.
