Two phone calls to be made today are 1) to notify this village of their crazy unhinged, uninformed, arrogant power tripping employees and 2) to the village police department to recognize the officers for their professionalism and knowledge of the peoples rights in public.

While Lou was un-hinged, and un-professional, he looked like he was headed for a stroke or heart attack during this encounter. Just something to think about.
