- Fellow Patriots & Freedom Lovers, I was peacefully exercising my constitutional rights at the Law Enforcement Center/ Judicial Center in Lawrence, Kansas when I was confronted by Douglas County Deputies who were ignorant of the law and our rights. After reviewing an internal memo (Linked Below) the deputies went to speak with a Judge. The Judge told them to relay the message to me that I need to leave or be arrested and have my freedom taken from me. I'd implore you to look up temporary Orders made by Judges in a courthouse (entire building inside court area and public foyers).
Order should have an END DATE, and provide a REASON such as national security (possibly Covid related or terrorism etc etc etc.).
Before you go on your high horse attack, you should really check this valid course of law, out.
Dirty judges are just as much of a problem as dirty cops.

Sue the judge in federal court for violating the Constitution.
Won't work. The judge will state it's in an internal memo for courtrooms and didn't order them to put him out of a public area.
@richardatkins3623 having the court case itself is a win cause it's a judge on trial plus they claimed it's on body camera the judge is saying to remove him is damning enough. Not to mention the Judge signed a document that is being used to violate the 1st amendment and its on camera so the judge can be named in the lawsuit. Should definitely sue
@@tm_predator9349 an internal memo isn't a violation. It's the same way you can have a policy in a post office which says you can't record. All they can really do is just try to convince you and the memo was more concerning,inside the courtroom.
As for the body cam, I'm calling bs on that. I highly doubt a judge will be that dumb and I highly doubt a cop will record a conversation with a judge in the first place, especially in a case with an auditor. It's more likely to be a bluff. Remember a cop is allowed to lie in the course of their duties
@richardatkins3623 they can't lie in the course of duties. They can lie when conducting an investigation, an interrogation or something about under cover work. They absolutely can not just lie at any time.
@@adrintait4660 those things are quite literally "in the course of their duties". There's nothing stopping them from lying here. The only times they can't lie is during an investigation (I'll get back to this), in court and on official documents for example, a report, which they often do tbh.
What you're talking about is the supreme ruling of Frazier v Cupo, where the court ruled specifically for interrogations stating that police can lie during interrogations as long as it doesn't "shock the conscience".
For example, I can't say that if you don't tell me who committed a crime, I'll arrest you and make child services take away your kids. That can literally make people confess to things that they didn't do or point to someone else. However I can say "We have footage showing you at the scene so we already know you did it, we just want to know why", despite there being no footage at all in the first place.
In short, they technically can lie here but just can't lie about certain things

.I don't think the judge that signed the order this time knew the situation. so she? may not be as bad as you think. the self-important deputy with the bc probably did the talking that got the temporary order re-signed. the two captains probably saw how laughable it is so they correct the problem.
I think what helps is him recording, staying calm and following the law and his rights. You can't find fault when no mistakes were made only from those who stood against him and his rights.

The lower courts typically do not follow the higher courts especially the United States Supreme court. Corporatism under the British Accreditation Regency has enslaved a nation that freemen had created for freedom. Corporatism=death.

It's scary that the judge signed it without even reading what he was signing, there's no way he had enough time to read that in full. Imagine a judge that signes anything that's put infront of him.

Actually, the judge DID have time to read what he signed. You missed the edit at 05:45. We have no idea how much time lapsed during that edit. We can surmise that it was a significant amount of time, though, because the officer in glasses apologizes for Sean having to wait so long. At any rate, that only makes what the judge did even worse. If he actually read a memo at his leisure and then pretended it was a judicial order, then that's even more damning.
The bad part is that the officers, the woman, went and found something in writing to prevent the filming and got it in front of the judge. Obviously, she hasn't had any viable training in law, only her 6 weeks of tyranny training.
She needs held accountable!

It's the judge and the unseen memo writer Dale that are the problem here. The low security guys know if they don't do what the judge tells them they'll lose their jobs, regardless of the law. I'd bet the judge told them to threaten contempt-of-court.

The other (nicer for a minute) guy, when you mentioned him thinking the judge’s order was more important than the Constitution says “ You’re putting words in my mouth”, umm NO officer. When you will “uphold and enforce” a Judge’s bogus “order” vs upholding constitutionally protected rights, your actions spoke those words for you. Remember the ol’ saying, actions speak louder than words?
