I've seen Phoenix PD do this to traffic stops that end at a gas Staton or something they go inside to the clerk and ask if they want the gut trespassed. Even when clerk is inside had no clue about the stop.
@Jay Winner The problem with your argument is LIA wasn't committing a crime against anyone. If charged with "Disturbing the peace", the charge would have been dropped or easily defeated in court. The tyrant was attempting to pull a crime out of thin air.

I live here in Grady County and I can assure you this deputy is very much an example of law enforcement in all of Central Oklahoma. And it's only getting worse.
I moved from Tulsa County 19 years ago and this is just a microbe of what goes on there an now it's 2023. I go back and visit and after almost 2 decades its hasn't changed. Its no better where I'm at now Broward County

While I don't always side with Sean or other auditors in every encounter, or even minute to minute, they do expose a massive amount of misinformed and/or corrupt law enforcement officers across the nation.
These auditors aren't crumbling. In fact their numbers are growing very quickly. This is due to winning lawsuit after lawsuit or in quiet settlements behind closed doors. This is so that the city/department can save face without being too exposed by these officers.
There's a reason he was let back into the building and you seem a smidge to ignorant to grasp that little detail. Maybe a little less emotional bravado and a little more thinking, cupcake?

I am Saudi and I work as a security man in my country. I follow this man and I am very proud of what he is doing in accordance with the system and constitution of his country. He has succeeded in teaching many American law enforcement men through my follow-up of the contents. I continue my wishes for the American people for more freedom and peace.

You could argue that the Lt. should have been more vocal over the deputy. Ultimately the correct decision was made regarding the auditor's rights. That's what matters. The deputy needs some coaching in de-escalation.

There is a rising trend among law enforcement officers. They get minimal exposure to First Amendment Auditors either through poor training or word of mouth, and they make up their minds on how they would react. Time and time again, they fail miserable.
I can't believe I spent 6 years in the U.S. Army protecting our rights and watching all of these people trying to trample our rights. You have taught me so much and I want to personally thank you for what you are doing. I'm currently doing research so that I can help in some small way. Again thank you for all you do.

The hiring standards for law enforcement officers have been on the decline for years.
This officer is a prime of these declining standards. The lieutenant was on the edge of backing him up. Weak leadership doesn’t help with the problem.

Unfortunately some of these guys will act great on camera and let you go if you know your rights but if you don’t have a camera and don’t know your rights, they will abuse the shit out of you and that’s the problem.
In reality Sean gives these authorities way more respect than they deserve. That's what makes him a good auditor. Never seen him lose his cool

You're more cordial and polite to these sheriff deputies than they deserve, including the LT. He didn't deescalate and do the right thing until you forced his hand; he stood there silent and waited until his deputy walked away before acknowledging that you can do what you do. The right thing would have been the LT telling the deputy from the start in no uncertain terms that what you are doing is completely legal and to leave you alone. But maybe that's just me.

That deputy needs to be re-trained, educated, demoted, fired it is sad he doesn't get it at all. Do not blame you for being upset Sean. Crazy how people think their opinion on how the law works or how someone dresses is the correct way. Keep up the fight!
They need serious training on not enforcing feelings and not letting their egos get in the way of their official duty. It’s tough and dangerous being a law enforcement officer yes, but you swore an oath to uphold the constitution! And that bootlicker could really use some common sense and education on public photography laws. Wow that deputy was intense! You really truly set the gold standard for auditing.
It isn't even dangerous...they don't make the top 20 most dangerous jobs in America based on occupational death rate from bureau of labor and statistics. My SO cuts trees down and can climb them and cut them from top to bottom with a chainsaw...Their job is way more dangerous, in fact their job is like a number 1 for danger. Citizens are in far more danger when interacting with cops, than cops are interacting with citizens...it is clear when we look at the amount of citizens killed by police VS citizens killing police...

The so-called "bootlicker" knew the law, he was just saying that he would like LIA to be more respectful. In other words, "you can do this legally, but I wish you wouldn't". I see nothing wrong with him having that opinion. I think the "bootlicker" comment was not necessarily accurate, at least not based on his actions in this video.
@@SpaceClick Bootlicker needs to follow the law and keep his opinions to himself. Why is it so hard, for this bootlicking lawyer and this tyrant cop, to just FOLLOW THE LAW. This bootlicker used a pejorative slur right to the face of a complete stranger. The cop attempted to incite the bootlicker into making a false complaint, which is a crime. The bootlicking lawyer committed the crime of Disturbing the Peace / Disorderly Conduct when he verbally assaulted LIA. LIA responded by telling the lawyer, he is a bootlicker, which is lawful self defence. The bootlicker tucked tail and ran away, and later made it clear, he didn't want anymore of LIA. This bootlicking lawyer needs publicity, to attract more clients.
This Deputy was such a child. When you confronted the Lieutenant it felt like I was watching children argue and the Lt. is just listening like a bored dad 😂
