Thank you for the great content, quick easy and delicious! I’ve been making chia pudding for about a year now. One of my favs is 2 TBSP white chia seeds, 250ml of coconut milk, half a scoop of plant based protein powder. When it’s set, I add 1 TBSP puréed frozen mango, and plant based vanilla yoghurt. I layer it up on a tall glass with chopped banana on top…sooooo good! 😄💜

I made a large bowl as a base batch and mashed a banana into it and used a combination of full fat coconut milk and almond milk. After that soaked over night, I made a few dishes with cacao powder and a tad of maple syrup. My whole family loved it. I also made one with peanut butter and no-sugar added cherry jam. It was delicious.

I’m on a low carb diet and love chia pudding . I have had matcha and chocolate chia pudding last night I blended my strawberries and raspberries in almond milk then I added it to a container and added chia seeds and stevia I only wait and hour and that seems to be enough for it to thicken into a thick smoothie texture . I love chia and they are super versatile

I came to low carb due to Candida as well. Keto recipies are the way to go. I also found that writing down a few easy recipes to rotate through made it easy instead of trying to replace every favorite food with a Keto one. I save those things as one offs because they are time consuming. Good luck. Its a game changer. - b

I've been incorporating raw for over 10 years, and am FINALLY trying raw chia pudding! LOVED the chocolate, and also did a mango/banana one. Outta this world! Why did I wait so long to make these?!? I also substituted the maple syrup with coconut sugar.

I have tried this recipe and love the unique way you cooked! The information and instructions you provided in this video on making chia pudding were so easy to follow. I really appreciate your creativity in presenting healthy breakfast ideas.
I recently made this recipe with True Elements chia seeds, and it turned out amazing. Chia seeds added a wonderful texture and nutritional boost to the pudding. Thank you for sharing these four delicious ways to enjoy chia pudding as a healthy breakfast idea!

My neighbor made the pineapple, coconut flakes and with coconut milk for her girls party. She bought a teaser over for us to try. I will make some slight alterations for us. But it was so good. Tasted like a pina colada!! Yummy...

My favorite chia seed pudding flavor is the pbj- peanut butter (or almond butter) mixed in with the milk and strawberries on top for that jelly 💖
