- Join me for a 15 minute STANDING ARMS AND ABS WORKOUT to work your upper body. All you need is a light to medium set of dumbbells. In this routine, I'll be using two 8LB dumbbells. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is a NO WRISTS workout, so for those of you who don't prefer planks or pushups, you're in luck. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik
