15 min STANDING ARMS AND ABS WORKOUT | With Dumbbells | Upper Body | No Repeats

  • Join me for a 15 minute STANDING ARMS AND ABS WORKOUT to work your upper body. All you need is a light to medium set of dumbbells. In this routine, I'll be using two 8LB dumbbells. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is a NO WRISTS workout, so for those of you who don't prefer planks or pushups, you're in luck. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

    Just found your channel. Day 3 of your 20 minute standing dumbbell workouts. I’m 50 and need to tone up badly. I love your videos. The exercises are not too complicated. You don’t repeat any which is so great bc I get bored easily. They are short and sweet and I appreciate what you do!!

    Love these! I’ve been doing your 15 or 20 minute workouts three times a week. Can’t believe it’s so easy to firm up my arms and fix shoulder pain. Thank you I’m 69 and fat, so anybody can do it.
