  • How to do the Elephant Split Tutorial. This spready to the gods pole split does not require a full split. So don't let that hold you back from trying this one. Back leg can be bent or straight. This tutorial will break down the steps to transition into this splitsy shape. No inverting needed to get into this beautiful shape. Be prepared for a nice new pole kiss on your elbow with this one! This move can be done on spin or static but I find that the centripetal force of being on spin helps pull that back leg out more easily and into an even bigger spready to the gods!
Try this move out and please tag me in your endeavors with @elizabeth_bfit and #elizabethbfit.

It is so much harder than we realize until we get there right? Looks so innocent from a distance and then you try to make it look like a split and realize it's no joke! You are not alone, lol.

Very cool! I do a variation of it ( or just started one) this week! Must be in the air hehe was going to post to your fb group but not sure as it’s in a strip club environment. (I’m clothed) anyways , yours looks super fun and great grip especially on spin! Keep up the awesome work!

I love this tutorial. Thank you so much for the explanation but it is too difficult for me. I do pole dance for a year now and I don't have strength enough to do this split. Is it possible to make a tutorial for an "easy" split on the pole. You are very good 👍👍

    • @Elizabeth_BFit

Valerie this is definitely a challenging split and since our bodies are all different we progress at different rates. There are a plethora of different splits on the pole depending on whether you want more of a vertical or center split and if you want the split to be horizontal on the pole or vertical. So many choices!
